*Area: Dennisport is located approximately one and one-half hours from Boston.
It is centrally located in the middle of Cape Cod, making it convenient for day trips to either direction of the cape. This area offers some of the best restaurants featuring the freshest of seafood. Cape Cod Mall in Hyannis is 20 minutes away, but shops of all kinds stretch for miles on route 28, which is five minutes from the condo.
We've vacationed on Cape since we ourselves were children. 15 years ago, we purchased our first little condo. The rest is history!! We know own 4 properties in Dennisport and rent out three of them. We have return guests at all three year after year. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. I usually respond within 24 hours if not sooner. Thank you!!
The Owner purchased this condo in 2007
We purchased Oceanwinds for the beautiful view. It sold us the second we walked in the door!!
Our condo is an end unit for added privacy. It also has a lovely view. Makes it a special place to vacation at.
We stayed in this unit over Memorial Day weekend and had the best time! The unit was the perfect size, immaculate, convenient and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The best part was the balcony, it overlooks the ocean and was amazing!! Claire was so easy to work with and responded very quickly!! We will be booking again for sure! I would recommend snagging this perfect unit if you're looking to stay on the cape.
If you are looking for fabulous, look no further.
This place is literally a hop and a skip to the private beach.
Tastefully decorated, and very comfortable.
It is immaculate. The kitchen has what you need if you choose to cook. Closet has plenty of storage space. And the private balcony overlooking the ocean is about as close to Heaven as you can get.
Claire was wonderful to work with. Rapid response to emails, and very patient with my dates changing three times, and when I begged to add another night at the last minute.
Everything about this condo was perfect for my vacation, and I could not have been any happier with my choice. It would be impossible to not love this place.
Thanks for everything Claire. Will be back next
I have nothing but positive things to say about this property and the owner. Decided on the spur of the moment to go the Cape for a "mini-vacation" and lucky for us we found this property. It was clean, nicely decorated, has a beautiful view, the deck is a wonderful spot for meals, it is an amazing and convenient location and QUIET! Just perfect for a couples getaway. Owner is great to work with. Everything is as advertised! Would love to go back. Highly recommend!
There is no risk to booking this property for your Cape getaway. Clean, fresh , airy, conveniently located for all your Cape adventures. A veteran cruiser, I felt like I was on one but just not moving because of the lovely balcony, ocean views, and the sound of the waves. No better way to fall asleep or awaken than to the sounds of the sea. The national seashore beaches were only a half hour ride away. When finding Wee Packet cafe for breakfast I actually discovered Wolfie's, a tiny coffee and muffin shop along the way which had muffins to die for. Conveniently located to route 134 which had a great Stop&Shop and Marshalls for all my needs as well as close to Yarmouth for sweats and T shirt shopping, Christmas Tree Shops for well everything, and my all time favorite place to breakfast, Keltic Kitchen. And right close by is Kream&Kone for all you fried belly lovers like myself. The owners were very prompt with any questions I had but the unit is totally self sufficient and so easy to maintain. Above all CLEAN!! My favorite amenity was the old style whitewashed Adirondack chairs out on the balcony overlooking the ocean with armrests wide enough to hold my coffee, wine, book etc. Cannot wait to return as this is the go to rental for me from now on.
Spent a long weekend at Seawinds and it was great.
Owners were very responsive to all emails/questions.
Everything was as advertised. Directly across the street from the ocean. Condo is close to all; stores, restaurants, activities.
Would stay again.
This immaculate studio was absolutely perfect for two of us, and we loved every second we were there. How can you beat having your breakfast as you gaze at the sparkling water and feel that lovely, salty breeze, or listening to the waves crash as you rest after a long, sun- and fun-filled day at the Cape?
From the balcony and even the bed, you can see and hear the ocean, and it is literally a 1-minute walk from the door to the ocean. The A/C was a blessing on the few days when it got a bit toasty (I hate hot weather so most people wouldn't even need the A/C as there is a ceiling fan and a great cross-breeze), so I imagine the heat also works quickly if you're staying in the off-season. The bathroom was very clean as was the kitchen. We didn't use the oven or stove, but the fridge works very well. There are plenty of lights throughout and we watched several Red Sox games (ch. 51) as we went to bed, so the tv and cable service work well.
The owner consistently responded quickly, from my inquiry right up through a slight issue we had with the Wi-Fi. She took care of it quickly and I would highly recommend renting from Claire.
If you aren't familiar with this area of the Cape, we would recommend mini-golf at Pirate's Cove (Rte. 28), Kream n' Kone for fried clams and more (intersection of Rtes. 134 and 28), Sundae School for ice cream (Lower County; try the Ginger or the Amaretto Nut!), Royal Pizza for awesome pizza and calzones (right across from Sundae School), The Candy Company (Rte. 28), a nice dinner at The Oyster Company (Depot St.), a relaxed dinner at The Wee Packet (corner of Lower County and Depot; their Irish breakfasts are supposed to be wonderful), breakfast at The Pancake Man (practically across from Candy Co.), and spend a day in Provincetown, about an hour away, the true first landing spot of the Pilgrims. If you want to go to a larger beach, the West Dennis Beach is great and it is free after 6pm if you just want to go for a walk or fly a kite and need more room than at the private beach you can use across from the rental.
Literally the only things we wished we had were an umbrella for the balcony table (I'm super pale and burn easily) and an alarm clock, though most of us have one on our phone. Other than that, this place was simply perfect and I highly recommend it, unless you want it the week we do, as we will definitely be returning. :)
Our condo is Dennisport is located 'mid cape'. We are located directly across the street from the ocean and our own small private beach.
Other Activities: Activities are endless in Dennisport. Bring your bikes (or rent them at the beginning of the infamous 'cape cod bike trail' which begins right in Dennisport..Wind your way (mostly level so great for kids too) all the way to Wellfleet and beyond. Kayaking is great on Swan River which drops you into the ocean..if you don't have a kayak..no worries, rent one less than 5 minutes from the condo and launch it at the rental place right on Swan River. Golfing if fabulous..(both mini golf courses and great Par 3, 4 and 5 courses surround you. You won't be bored!!
Golf: Several beautiful golf courses are just minutes away. Dennis has at least three of their own, neighboring towns also have several.
Dennisport's location is superb! You can reach tip of the Cape (Provincetown) in 50 minutes, or same distance (50 minutes) to the Falmouth area of Cape Cod.
Some of the Cape's best restaurants are located in Dennisport. You will not be disappointed with the locations and attractions to see and do
