The home is located 1 mile from the causeway on the east end of the island which is traffic free. 35 minutes from RSW airport. You can walk to the ocean without crossing any streets and access the bay at the other side of the lane to go fishing of catch the most beautiful sunsets.

Our home is for those who enjoy modern living and design at the beach. Large open floor plan with customized built ins. My wife and I (late 60's, and cockapoo dog, just spent the month Dec, 2013 at this property-- visited by kids and grand kids for a part of the time. In many ways, I would prefer that only a limited number of people know about it-- so that we can continue to take advantage of it, free of competition-- we have booked again for December, 2014! It is ideal in many ways-- private, quiet, great location on east end of Island, all the necessary facilities in the house for a carefree time. Pool and Jacuzzi are great and the furnishings are very tasteful and comfortable. Easy to keep clean. Tim, the manager, is quite responsive and helpful. You cannot go wrong renting this place, but Shhhhh.....
We are located 1 mile off the causeway for convenient on/off island access. The home is on one of only two lanes on the island that stretch from Gulf to Bay. No need to cross any streets walking to the Gulf!
