Located directly on the white sands of the famous Seven Mile Beach of Grand Cayman, our condo is steps away from wonderful snorkeling, swimming, or floating in the clear, calm, turquoise sea. A beautiful resort of only 24 condos, ours on the second floor, is one of six fronting directly on the sea. It has an large, open floor plan allowing breathtaking views from the master bedroom, kitchen, dining and living areas.
A screened porch, with a magnificent ocean view, spans the entire width of the condo. The property has a free-form pool with a hot-tub and soothing waterfalls. A fully equipped fitness center, 2 bbq grills, and lush landscaping with tropical flowers and manicured lawns complete this extremely highly rated property. The beach is beautiful and wide with breezes rustling through the palm trees, a great place to sunbathe, relax in the shade, read, play or view the gorgeous Caribbean sunsets.
We have free daily maid service, wifi, 3 cable t.v.'s, DVD players, a CD player, hair dryers in all three bathrooms, and convenient elevator access. Also, there are inflatable rafts, a sturdy cooler, sand toys, and foldaway beach chairs in the small closet in the twin bedroom.

My husband and I live on Lake Lanier about an hour north of Atlanta. We have been coming to Grand Cayman, Little Cayman and Cayman Brac with our family for about 25 years. Obviously, we love the Cayman Islands!
We chose to buy this condo at Crescent Point because it is a beautiful property with lush landscaping, a wide sandy beach with palm trees, beautiful pool area, and it fronts directly on 7 Mile Beach. Also, we love the location because it's close to great snorkeling, and within walking distance to excellent restaurants and shopping and a large grocery store. I like to having the convenience of the fully equipped fitness center on the property. Also our condo is a nice beach walk (about 1/2 mile) to one of the most fun spots on 7 mile beach, The Reef Grill at Royal Palms. Outdoor bar, food, swimming pool with swim-up bar, beach lounge chairs, live music and dancing! Fun spot for everyone!
There is a great snorkeling spot right behind our condo. The hot-tub is great for relaxing or socializing. The sound of waterfalls in the pool is very calming, and the palm trees on the beach provide natural shade. We especially love how the pool fronts on the beach making it so easy to take in both! My husband likes to grill and cook, so he particularly likes the large, open kitchen with ocean views and the nice grilling area. Sometimes we like to eat out or go dancing, and we can walk from our condo to the two hottest dancing spots on 7 Mile Beach, The Wharf and Royal Palms. Also there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away, including the new Camana Bay live, work, play development.
Love the condo. This is my 8th time here . Perfect location on the island. Very friendly staff and the condo is very nicely decorated.
This was my third time in Grand Cayman. The last two times I've stayed at The Westin (with my husband and two little girls), which is also located on the Seven Mile Beach like this condo. This time around I was here on a girls getaway! For my next trip back, I will definitely be bringing my family here instead! It felt like home. The listing description and photos are accurate. Very nicely decorated and clean. And the rooms and living area are very spacious. Perfect for families! However, having stayed on the Seven Mile Beach before, I wasn't expecting to have such a quiet and private beach! It was wonderful! Perfect place to relax! Beautiful sunsets and walks on the beach. Close to grocery, restaurants, anything you might need. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and relative. Can't wait to come back!!
Fantastic decor, breathtaking view, ideal proximity to shopping and dining. This place was just what we needed. It was perfect for our girl's getaway, but I would totally bring my family here!
This is the second time I've enjoyed a stay at this condo. The location is great - right at the beginning of seven mile beach. It is quiet since there isn't much through traffic on the beach, yet perfect for walking and people watching along the way at the Mariott, Ritz and Westin. We walked to dinner a couple of times and there are plenty of convenient options. The condo itself is beautiful, and had everything needed during our stay. The master bedroom and bath are huge, and there is plenty of space to relax. The screened-in balcony can't be beat as it is right over the beach. The pool and hot tub are relaxing, and never really crowded. Based on the recommendation of Pauline our group did a snorkel-sting ray city tour and had a really great time. Also, the owners recommended dinner at Calypso Grill and it was well worth the taxi drive over there. For a beachfront condo on seven mile, this really can't be beat. Can't wait until I can make it back again!
Problems from the night we checked in: On Saturday night, when Pauline (the property manager) checked us in, she mentioned that their might be noise problems. The noise problems came from the owners of the unit above: The condo units have tile floors, so between 6:30 - 7:00am every morning, you awoke to running footsteps, dropping of (marbles, coins) something being dropped, which echoed off the tile floors, and constant moving and scooting of chairs/tables. Pauline, the property manger on site, was made aware of the daily problems, and Delia, the housekeeping manager, and I were outside the front door area one morning when the owner of the above unit poured hot water over the inside balcony area where we were standing. Everyday, Delia, asked about the noise problems, many of those she could hear for herself.
When we checked out on December 3, Pauline, was not on property. I emailed her when we returned home due to all the problems that continued throughout our 10 day stay. The response that I received: I would have to contact the property owner. I made the reservation though Pauline, and I have no contact information for the owners. I contacted VRBO, and they gave me the owners phone number, I have called them 4 times and left messages, with no return phone call back. I have also emailed Pauline 7 times to get information on what can be done. No response back. I sent VRBO a letter in January stating all the problems and lack of communication with both the property owner and property manager.
The condo is beautiful and spacious, just like the listing describes. It is clean and has new furnishings, exactly like the photos show. As I mentioned above, the condo does have tile flooring throughout, which didn't help with the noise problems. I have focused on our stay for the benefit of future travelers.
My family stayed in this condo for nine nights in June, 2012. This was our first time at this condo, but our 6th trip to the island. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby. The condo was very well appointed and beach front to Seven Mile Beach. We spent many nights on the screened-in deck listening to the sounds of the ocean. The grounds of the property were immaculate. The pool was close to our condo and very inviting. The condo is centrally located on Seven Mile Beach and close to shopping and great restaurants. This is a great condo and we highly recommend anyone to stay there.
We did lots of scuba diving while on the island. We primarily dove with Dive Tech. We found their staff very friendly and professional. Their boats were top notch.
Book a boating excursion on the North Sound, swim with the stingrays at Stingray City, snorkle "Coral Gardens", have lunch or dinner at Rum Point on the "quiet end" of Grand Cayman. A fun day, and a different view of Cayman.
