We had a great stay here. It's a big house; we had 7 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space. Great deck in the front, very nice kitchen, lots of nice surprises like the crib in one of the master bedrooms. You can walk from this house to the Dollar Point pool and tennis courts and nice grassy area (no grass near the house). You have to drive to the private Dollar Point beach because its down a hill; it's a 3-minute drive and we never had any trouble parking down there. The beach is rocky and this year it was quite shallow, so best for floating around on a float (there weren't any at the house so we bought some at CVS). Tahoe City is great, it's maybe an 8 minute drive from the house and has lots of shops and restaurants and a grocery store, plus bike trails, boat rentals, etc. Good rental agency, the whole process was simple and they were responsive and friendly.
Private Beach, pool, tennis and Pier.
pool and tennis courts are just a short walk
