Close to Tahoe City and all of Tahoe's major ski areas. 2 Decks for summer enjoyment. Quiet and peaceful setting. Downstairs there is a small living and dining area, kitchen has new appliances and floors, two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with double beds on top and on the bottom.
Upstairs is a nice family room, fireplaces, game table and a large master suite with a king bed and an updated en suite bath. Off the family room is a large deck with private hot tub.
There is attached two car garage and parking for two additional cars. The location is ideal, just another the corner from the Nordic Center for X-country and shoe shoeing. The Nordic Center has great summer trails for hiking and biking in the summer... there is a beautiful mill pond just about a 15 minute walk away. See photo.

We loved our stay at this house. There were 4 adults, 2 children under 2 and 1 old dog. It was super close to get to Tahoe City (drive or bike ride) and Skylandia Beach & Park was right down the hill. Also, Sugar Pine Bakery is on your way to the beach and has amazing breakfast sandwiches and pastries that you can pick up and eat on a picnic bench over-looking the lake. The place itself had two levels, with living spaces and giant flat screen TVs, so our family could be separate from each other if needed. The hot tub is huge and very well maintained. Loved it!! The kitchen has everything you need and plenty of towels and linens. The bunk bed on the first floor could hold 4 adults! It was huge and awesome! All in all, the place was great, well kept, nothing fancy, but perfect for the price. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the house itself isn't the best for small children. The stairs are very steep to the second floor and the second floor deck has a space under the railing that made me nervous that my walking 1 year old could fall through. There is also, no fenced in backyard if you wanted your dog outside for a period of time alone. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again.
The house was everything I expected. The kitchen was fully stocked. There were 2 living spaces with 2 tv. For the 2 families that stayed there. The teenages likes the hot tub and the assortment of games to play. We would recommend this house.
"Great house, fantastic hot tub!"
I stayed here with a group of friends while skiing at Northstar. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and as expected from the pictures. The rental process was easy and the managers very helpful. Plenty of beds and parking spaces, and situated on a quiet street yet close to groceries. The main feature was the fantastic hot tub, which the managers had nicely set to be warm for our arrival - nothing beats stargazing in a hot tub under redwood trees, surrounded by snow!

great location just minutes from Tahoe City. North Lake Cross Country Ski Area is just two blocks for X crossing skiing and snow shoe. Super summer hiking and biking right here. Walk to a lovely old mill pond - about 3/4 from this home.
