Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Beautiful, upscale condo directly on the Beach. We have 3b/2b with a King bed, Queen bed and two single beds. Unit has hard wood floors and and 9 ft. ceilings in the living room. The deck has designer furniture from West Elm.

Also, in August, 2013, installed new granite counter & backsplash in kitchen and both bathrooms. Also, new stainless steel Samsung refrigerator, microwave, range and dishwasher. Entire condo was also completely repainted. Place looks great!!!

This condo is unique in that it is only one of two units in the building. It is the second floor unit with the other unit directly below it. This means no neigbors above you or to any of your sides so very private.

Approx. 500 feet to all the great restraunts and shops on Bridge Street as well as the Beach House Restraunt and Joe's Ice Cream.

Very important: In this tough economy, many people are renting their properties out while the bank is foreclosing on them. By the time visitors arrive, the Bank can own the property and the old owners are nowhere to be found. We have No Debt/Loans on our condo.

What makes this condo unique

Park the car and don't have to drive again. Walk directly onto the beach. Also, can set on deck and see kids on the beach. So many great restraunts and activities close by.

Great View, Great Location, Great Time!

From beginning to end, this trip was seamless. Owner was fantastic with answering questions before and during our stay.

Location is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the area, we never had to use our car.

Parking is limited, however we never had an issue since we never used the car to go anywhere.

Beach view is wonderful; condos on either side do not block your view of the water, and the sunsets are fantastic. Water is never choppy, so grab a float and relax! Great for kids, plenty of seashells to collect and little fish to watch. Entrance to beach is right off the stairs to your condo, however be aware that it is also a public entrance so expect foot traffic throughout the day as others come to play. Places close at 9 or 10 PM so it got quieter around that time.

Condo was well maintained. Kitchen upgrades were excellent and well stocked with utensils, plates, cups, etc. Depending on your party size, bring extra toilet paper and garbage bags. There are a lot of beach towels available for your use! Outside deck recently got a facelift and the furniture is great out there. There is a step down on the edge of the deck so be aware if you have little ones (or forgetful adults) that they need to be reminded to step down or they'll take a tumble.

Shocked that when we stepped foot in the condo we weren't met with sandy floors. Condo was clean and well lit and ceiling fans were great. Living room got hot around afternoon due to no curtains to shield the heat, however it cooled down once sunset happened.

Restaurant Recommendations:

Island Creperie for breakfast (love the atmosphere & friendly staff), Freckled Fin for lunch/dinner (great location, outdoor entertainment, decor is typical beach and friendly staff. Food was worth the price!) Island Time for dinner/drinks (outdoor location, bar and entertainment, not a lot of lighting but food was good!)

Judy's Restaurant on Cortez Road is great for a trip away from the beach. Shrimp basket was amazing, breakfast omelets were delicious. (Be sure to check their hours, as some days they close at 2PM).

Red Barn Flea Market has a nice atmosphere and lots of food choices. Typical flea market with nothing too grand, however it was a nice walkthrough.

Strongly advise not going to Gulf Drive cafe. Found hair in food and management and service was terrible. Read Yelp! reviews before you go!

Again, impressed with this condo and will definitely return! Thanks for the wonderful break!

Great beachfront rental

We stayed here for a week in May 2012, and we just loved it. The condo is ON the beach, and is the upstairs unit in a two unit building, so it was nice and quiet. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. There were only two of us staying here, so I'll just have to assume the rest of the beds were as nice. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room furniture was great, and the deck furniture was PERFECT. The condo was really clean and well decorated. It was basically across the street from Bridge Street, with restaurants, shops, bars, etc., within easy walking distance. The owner was friendly and helpful. I honestly can't think of any negatives associated with this rental. Highly recommended!
