PLEASE NOTE: Contact me before doing a booking now, my unit is listed on the Southseas website too and might be booked despite calendar showing available. I am very quick to respond. January through March is a 90 day minimum stay. Magnificent beachfront, Oceanfront condo located on the Gulf of Mexico in Marco Island, Southwest Florida, South Seas Tower One. Our condo is a much sought after 12th floor wing unit with endless views of the beach, ocean, and the City of Marco Island. Everything from appliances, bedroom carpets and furniture are brand new added June 2010. Flat screen TV's, game cube with games, pool toys, beach chairs - the list is endless. Sleeping up to six guests - it boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a queen size pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom with its king sized bed and living room opens up to a 44' wrap around lanai with a view of the beautiful Tiger Tail Beach and the impeccably kept heated pool. The condo has a brand new (2011) fully equipped kitchen opened up for that fantastic view of the ocean, also boasts a smaller breakfast 5' x 9' lanai. It has two completely remodeled bathrooms (OCT 2011) with a walk in shower in the Master bathroom along with comfort height toilet, top of the line brushed nickel Kohler accents, quartz counter tops and very modern halogen lighting over the vanity. Guest bath has comfort height toilet, brand new tub, top of the line brushed nickel Kohler accents, quartz counter tops and very modern halogen lighting over the vanity. Fully equipped with linens, beach towels, beach toys and more - this is sure to be a relaxing vacation for your family. Communal washers and dryers on every floor (all condos above the first floor are not allowed in home washer and dryers in the Towers)

The South Seas gated community in Marco Island offers guests easy access to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Marco Island. A sundeck with a heated outdoor pool surrounded by lush palm trees and well-manicured lawns graces the exterior of the high-rise towers.

Lounge chairs for sunning surround the beautifully kept pool. Tennis courts and a fitness room are available on-site for active vacationers. Other amenities for guests convenience include a common laundry facility on every floor, free in-home wireless internet (no going to the lobby) and covered parking.

If you are a guest or a renter --- there is a parking registration fee that is charged by the condo association. Due to this being a monthly rental ruled by the condo association, even if you book for one week you will be accountable for the monthly parking fee which I believe is $50

Good Morning Cheryl, I'm up early enjoying the quiet view of the city on the north side. I really like that view - especially after the sun sets. A nice perk. The condo is lovely and I do appreciate the updated kitchen and baths. So nice and new - the oven works beautifully. The TV's are easy to figure out. I'm incredibly grateful you let us check in a day early. We've stayed here about 5 times and seen probably 10 condos. Yours is our favorite. It's all about the details and the decor is comfortable and uncluttered. Good Feng Shui.

Clean and Beautiful Condo

My husband and I always enjoy our month-long stay in this Condo. We've been lucky to obtain this Condo for a few years now and look forward to more years to come. It's clean and neat and everything you need is there for your needs. There's shopping close by. There's a Dine-in Movie Theater and many restaurants to choose from. The pool is pretty much right outside your door and the beautiful beach is close by. Marco Island is a very beautiful place to be and the sunsets there are exquisite! You'll just love being at this Condo and Cheryl is very accommodating!

A slice of paradise

We have stayed on Marco many times over twenty years and have just completed a month here in this lovely apartment and everything was as expected and a superb vacation was enjoyed by both of us.The weather was very good touching the nineties most days. Cheryl was more than helpful throughout. We are back in the UK now and we have already booked again for next year.Cant wait.

Fantastic time in a beautiful apartment.

We have recently arrived home in the UK after a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. We have previously visited Marco a number of times over the last 15 years, always staying in houses, so to stay in an apartment was a new experience for us. Prior to our arrival (and following our departure) Cheryl couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, giving us every confidence that we had made a good choice. We arrived bleary-eyed from the UK in the early hours of the morning, only pausing briefly to take in the lights of Marco before heading to bed. The following morning we awoke to a typically clear and sunny Marco August morning and the view just took our breath away - both out over the beach, lagoon and sea, and back over the island towards the Everglades - a view that really does make you realize just how flat this part of the world is!!! The apartment is extremely comfortable and well equipped (one tiny thing - as Brits, a kettle for boiling water for tea would be nice) and suited us perfectly (family of 4, 2 boys, 20 & 17). The communal pool is well kept and a nice place to be (with tikki huts to retire under if the sun/heat gets too much). We enjoyed near-daily walks along Tigertail beach, often with dolphins for company, where I enjoyed photographing the prolific bird-life. We quickly recognised that the big benefit of an apartment over a house is the immediate access to the beach - if you fancy a quick dip in the sea, or 30 minutes or so of fishing, its so easy - no need to get in a car, just take the lift down, walk past the pool, over the board-walk and you are at the waters edge in less than 5 minutes. We spent several evenings in, sitting on the balcony with a drink, watching the sun dip into the Gulf, painting the sky with brilliant reds and oranges as it went. As you have probably realised, we are smitten, and wouldn't hesitate to return to this well maintained and lovely apartment.

Well-managed gem of a spot

Unit has been updated and is in A+ shape. Impeccably clean and well maintained unit, landscaping, property, pool area, etc. We are picky and this place did not disappoint. Owners were responsive, reasonable, and easy to work with.
