Beachfront 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo Directly on the Beach

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo located in the Apollo. It is on the south end of the Island at 900 S. collier Blvd. approx. ¾ south of the Marriott. The unit is located directly on the beach and has a great view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is spectacular. You are directly on the beach and from the complex have direct beach access. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the couch pulls out to a queen size sleeper. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and lots more. The unit is equipped with 2 HD TVs with DVD player, FREE wireless internet, all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach umbrella, and kids beach toys (buckets, rafts, noodles, boogie boards). Rates for the week INCLUDE all your taxes and cleaning.

Some added amenities include hair dryer and binoculars to use while you are in Marco Island, Florida. The unit has a balcony with table and chairs and the Sunsets are amazing. The Apollo condo complex has a huge pool, whirlpool, work out room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the Sunset Grille. The bar was voted best happy hour on Marco Island Florida.

The unit is a non-smoking unit. This unit is available weekly or monthly. I always rent Saturday - Saturday to keep rentals flowing.

Rates are as follows:

Approx weeks between Christmas - Aprrox. Easter weeks are $1300 -$1900 per week (see rate details)

Approx Easter - Approx. Christmas weeks are $650 per week

I do offer multiple week discounts and monthly rental rates. All Rates INCLUDE Taxes and Cleaning.

I also require a $200 refundable security deposit.

Normal policy is $200 will hold the condo for you and I will then send you a receipt. Then 60 days before your arrival date I would require the rent payment. I will then send you keys, map of Island, information letter, and another receipt. Once you return from your trip, return my keys and I will send you your deposit back.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel before 60 days you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 60 days you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the condo.

Immaculate and zero stress!

My wife and I wanted a relaxing week in Florida. This condo is pristine, with the balcony overlooking the gulf. Great dining within walking distance. If you're looking for clean, well appointed, sea-side stay, I highly recommend!!

Ocean front Condo

Apollo condos: a five-star best buy

We have enjoyed the Apollo four times, and have booked our fifth week. The location is terrific: on South Collier Boulevard, right on the beach. The view from the balcony is superb. The condos are nicely furnished. Beach gear is provided. The pool and spa are first-rate. The Sunset Grille downstairs is excellent; great crab cakes and french fries. Marco Island offers many good restaurants. Dave and Cami DeSmyter are excellent hosts, and respond to questions quickly. The well-managed Apollo just might be the best beachfront buy on the Gulf Coast.

Exactly as Advertised. Awesome !!!

We stayed 2 weeks in Dave's Condo . This one has an extra large terrace which extends over the "Sunset Grille" Restaurant, even so, we never heard a sound from there. It goes without saying that here is the perfect place for viewing and photographing the nightly gorgeous sunsets.

Everything you need is in the condo, which includes a perfect night's sleep with no noise at all.

Plenty of Restaurants and Bars in Marco, but our favourite places were in Goodland, just 10 minutes drive from the Condo, with more "down to Earth" Bars and Restaurants.

Highly rcommended to anybody wanting that break from the "rat race", will definitely return for more.

Wonderful. We loved it!

The view is spectacular! The condo location perfect, clean and comfortable. The owner provided maps, island information and was very "over the top" to offer anything he could do to make our stay the best. We certainly would recommend the property to friends. The Sunset Grill, beach level was so fun, again perfect views and tasty menu, lower location in the Apollo. Access direct to beach!

Perfect for us!

The one bedroom unit was perfect for the two of us. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the Marco Island area was close and convenient...and the view is as advertised! We have recommended this to friends. The owner called on the first day to check if all ok...we appreciated the follow up. The Sunset Grill on the property is great for sunset happy hour and dinner, we also enjoyed CJ's on the Bay for an outdoor dinner under the gazebo.

Refundable damage deposit $200

$650-1900/Week INCLUDES all taxes and cleaning
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel before 60 days of arrival you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 60 days of arrival you lose your rent unless I am able to re-rent the property then I will refund your money.

All rates INCLUDE taxes and cleaning. I require a $200 security deposit that you will get back when keys are returned. I also offer multiple week discounts. Starting October 1, 2015 the APOLLO Condominium Association will be charging $25 to park for the entire length of your stay. Whether you are staying 1 week or 1 month the charge is $25 and is paid at the front desk of the building. They will issue you a fob to put on the rear view mirror. They will also collect a $75 deposit that is refunded when the fob is returned. This $25 is a fee that the building association collects and applies to ALL renters at the Apollo.
