This is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo located in the Apollo. It is on the south end of the Island at 900 S. collier Blvd. approx. ¾ south of the Marriott. The unit is located directly on the beach and has a great view of the beach and Gulf. The whole west wall is a sliding glass door. Whether you are sitting in the living room or on the balcony the view is spectacular. You are directly on the beach and from the complex have direct beach access. The bedroom has a king-size bed and the couch pulls out to a queen size sleeper. The unit will accommodate 4 people. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen that includes stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and lots more. The unit is equipped with 2 HD TVs with DVD player, FREE wireless internet, all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach umbrella, and kids beach toys (buckets, rafts, noodles, boogie boards). Rates for the week INCLUDE all your taxes and cleaning.
Some added amenities include hair dryer and binoculars to use while you are in Marco Island, Florida. The unit has a balcony with table and chairs and the Sunsets are amazing. The Apollo condo complex has a huge pool, whirlpool, work out room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the Sunset Grille. The bar was voted best happy hour on Marco Island Florida.
The unit is a non-smoking unit. This unit is available weekly or monthly. I always rent Saturday - Saturday to keep rentals flowing.
Normal policy is $200 will hold the condo for you and I will then send you a receipt. Then 60 days before your arrival date I would require the rent payment. I will then send you keys, map of Island, information letter, and another receipt. Once you return from your trip, return my keys and I will send you your deposit back.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel before 60 days you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 60 days you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the condo.

The property was good and we are all satisfied with everything this property offered. The owner is very easy to work with. Everything is provided which was great! My 9 year old son, who has ASD absolutely loved it and told me he wants to go back before we even left. Got my deposit back real quick. There were no issues whatsoever and i would go back and rent this place again.
I actually wrote a letter indicating all the updates required. Tthe worst was the sofa. It was impossible to sit in because the cushions were so flat that they actually were below the frame which hurt out legs. The concierge was great.
Honeymoon Thanksgiving week on Marco. The Apollo unit was perfect - plenty of room and such great sunsets. Right on the beach. Owner Dave was great from booking through our stay and made sure everything went without a hitch.
Condo was clean, roomy and just as advertised, perfect position for beautiful sunsets and directly on the water. This was our first stay on Marco and will definitely return to the Apollo!
Entire rental process was seamless.
My husband and I just spent a week at the Apollo condominium in unit 307. We had a fabulous time. The condo was very clean, had plenty of towels, kitchen had everything needed and was plenty of space for the two of us for the entire week! The views were spectacular and the quiet surroundings were amazing! David even called us when we arrived to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! We will be back!
Wonderful condo! Working with the owner was an easy process with very clear instructions. The condo had everything we needed except for food and the many wonderful restaurants provided that! We look forward to renting from spartydad in the future!

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel before 60 days of arrival you get a full refund. If you cancel inside of 60 days of arrival you lose your rent unless I am able to re-rent the property then I will refund your money.
All rates INCLUDE taxes and cleaning. I require a $200 security deposit that you will get back when keys are returned. I also offer multiple week discounts. Starting October 1, 2015 the APOLLO Condominium Association will be charging $25 to park for the entire length of your stay. Whether you are staying 1 week or 1 month the charge is $25 and is paid at the front desk of the building. They will issue you a fob to put on the rear view mirror. They will also collect a $75 deposit that is refunded when the fob is returned. This $25 is a fee that the building association collects and applies to ALL renters at the Apollo.
