About Ilene Berezin

I purchased Hidden Springs Cabin in 2010 after spending many years visiting my daughter and her family in the Nederland area. I love being in Colorado visiting grandchildren now, and truly enjoy the change of pace from the hectic lifestyle of the East. Once you come and visit the Front Range you will agree!

Guestbook comments from the owner

What a great way to end one chapter and begin another. Hitting the slopes at Eldora then brews in Nederland! Wish we could stay longer. We did not see any moose, but did see the local fox. So glad to see a Farkle pack on the self, it is one of my favorite games!

Fabulous!

  • 5 of 5

How often does one get a week in a 19th century log cabin with 21st century amenities? This past week was truly rejuvenating , the views magical, and the town of Rollinsville a delight. Really appreciated the architectural blend between the historic structure and the modern addition. Sleeping in the log cabin was the best sleep my husband and I had in a long time. Our dachshund Sherlock loved being "king of the hill". So hated to leave yesterday. Sharon Edgar Greenhill

Amazing views and beautiful cabin!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay at the cabin! My best friend and I came for a weekend girls’ trip and it was so quiet and peaceful. The cabin had all the amenities we needed while we were there, and it was not too far from all the different places we wanted to visit around the Boulder area. Ilene was super responsive and answered all the questions we had very quickly. One thing I would like to mention would probably be the option of better window treatments in the bathroom window. There was a curtain in the bathroom but it didn’t quite cover the whole window area by the jacuzzi tub when we closed the curtain. The cabin is on a hillside that overlooks the small town below, so we weren’t sure if anyone passing by could see us in the bathroom but we could see them. But overall, it was a great experience, the cabin was beautiful and the views were amazing!

Owner's Response: Thanks so much for your thoughtful review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay for “girls” weekend! It is a good idea to think of better window treatments. I will look into that. Thank you for staying with us.

Rustic Rollinsville

  • 5 of 5

The cabin was cozy and comfortable with stellar views. It was a perfect oasis from our trips to Boulder and Morrison, the latter to attend a concert at Red Rocks. To our great surprise, the Stage Stop, a historic musical venue a block away from the cabin had a recording artist booked that night and the trio were outstanding.

The was a perfect place to slow down and chill.

So comfortable and peaceful.

  • 5 of 5

My 3 Aussies and I had a magical time in CO and Hidden Springs was no small part of that magic. Cabin was as expected. We appreciated all of the ameneties...coffee grinder, spices, all of the kitchen utensils...it was well stocked. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus. Mostly we enjoyed the quiet time looking at stars from the deck, and the proximity to hiking trails galore. We can't wait to return!!! Thank you sincerely for offering us such an outstanding place to stay!

Very nice one week stay in this cozy cabin in a little Colorado mining town.

Loved the large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. We put the gas fireplace on every morning to warm up and have our coffee. The Stage Stop restaurant was close by and food was surprisingly quite good. Try the nitrogen ice cream in Nederland.

Lovely spot with gorgeous view

  • 5 of 5

We loved this place! The view was stunning from the front window at any time of the day. This is a charming and very well appointed cabin, very comfortable and inviting. Perfect for a weekend get away from Fort Collins. The Stage Stop restaurant and bar was great for breakfast and dinner and we had a great time discovering the area. We had planned to spend time in Nederland, but found we were just content to relax and do a bit of local hiking and relaxing. We plan to return as soon as we can because it was hard to leave! Definitely a sweet spot in an unknown area(at least to us) of Colorado.
