Kona Coast Condo Rental Photos and Description

You have just found your own penthouse on the top ocean front corner with panoramic ocean views from every room. Be sure to see the Virtual Video Tour. The link is below the map and above the photos where the link to our other rental units, and website link is located. This is one of only of a few two bedroom units that has air conditioning throughout. Why suffer with just a wall unit in the living room (like other condos), when you can have air in both bedrooms as well as the living room?

Sit back and enjoy the spectacular, crystal blue and balmy Pacific Ocean from your large private lanai with tide pools just 30 feet away.

This 2 bedroom ocean front unit is on the north corner of the top floor of the D building. This unit has the advantage of being cooler than many other units and experiences cooling, balmy breezes. There are side windows in the dining room, kitchen and each of the bedrooms, providing natural lighting and a cross breeze. There is an air conditioner, although with the good breezes it is usually not needed.

Comfortable sleeping for up to 6 persons, there is a king size bed in the master bedroom, and a king size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper/sofa bed in the living room. TV's are in the living room and each of the bedrooms.

Also positioned right next to the shoreline, the Resort’s recently renovated salt water pool and Jacuzzi is just a few steps away from the unit itself; as well as the four immaculately-maintained gas barbecues in the dining cabana adjacent to the pool. That is a great place to BBQ dinner, and watch the beautiful Kona Sunsets.

Complete convenience, Hawaiian style! The Kona Reef is on the edge of Kona town, so you do not have to drive every time you want to go into town. You can walk to town in just a few minutes, and visit numerous restaurants, shops and the farmers market. It is really one of the most convenient locations in Kailua-Kona.

This private condominium has everything you need for an unforgettable Hawaiian experience. It is fully furnished including dishwasher, washer/dryer, small appliances, hair dryer, dishes, utensils and linens. It includes dish washing soap, dish washer soap and a starter box of detergent. It is your own personal, tropical beach hideaway!

Our availability calendar is always up to date, and we have multiple units available at the Kona Reef. I would stay there again, WITHOUT HESITATION.

Location, location, location. The condo was EXACTLY as represented. Much of island living is done outdoors. The size of this deck and the comfort of the deck chairs made the deck a strong draw. Shut off the AC; then open the windows and patio doors. Two comfortable King sized beds and two bathrooms make it great for two couples. Big and well equipped kitchen. Ice chest and beach chairs for borrow in the closet. Dvd playing in case you want to rent a movie. Enjoy! No worries!

We recommend The Fish Hopper restaurant.

We stayed in this lovely condo from Dec. 16, 2015 - Jan 6, 2016. It was perfect. The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware and spices. It has a full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher that made staying there easier for everyone. It is a short walk to town where we purchased fresh fruit at the international market every 3 days or so. We ate all our meals on the deck.

Between 8 and 8:30 each morning we had spinner dolphins playing in front of the condo and putting on a show.

The unit is on the top floor, closest to town. We found it to be nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There is an entire closet full of beach toys, coolers, chairs, books, etc.

The owners have spent quite a bit of time making sure that people who rent this unit have what they need to make the renter's stay as comfortable as possible.

We always are pleased when a guest appreciates the time, effort and expense that was invested to make this one of the nicest units at the Kona Reef, and try to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay of any length.Of course, having AC in all rooms is beneficial, too. Most other units only have a wall AC in the living room. We will look forward to you return in the near future.

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo!

My friends and I stayed at Kona Reef from Sept. 5 thru Sept. 12, 2015 and met the owner of this particular condo. We were also staying in a comparable corner unit and wanted to compare the two. This unit is beautiful, very tastefully decorated. On the top floor (4th) of the complex which allows for great ocean front views. Owner has added air conditioners in both of the bedrooms which is very important, as when we were in Kona, it was very hot and humid. This is a corner unit which is very important as it allows for additional windows in the kitchen, dining area and both bedrooms. Inside units cannot provide this. Kona Reef condos is walking distance to Kona, easy access to restaurants and shops.
