This picture perfect log cabin is the ideal place for a fun loving or passionate weekend. The hot tub is steaming, the fireplace is roaring and you are ready for serenity.

This modern log home features a contemporary design and naturally finished logs that give the home a distinct feeling, inside and out. Located in the upscale Sky Harbor development, comforts and class abound. The naturally finished log surfaces are visible not only outside the cabin but inside as well, from the walls and ceiling to the hardwood floor.

Stepping through the front door you enter into a large room where uncluttered furnishings and drastically vaulted ceilings create a true feeling of space. This space serves as the living room and dining/kitchen area but never feels cluttered or cramped. The large picture windows let in an abundance of natural light and warmth from the sun.

The living room is made for a night in front of the stone, gas fireplace while sipping your favorite beverage next to someone special. Sit down, relax and watch the flat screen, high definition TV or your favorite movie or DVD.

Through the back door you will find the covered rear deck. This area is truly unique; not only does it afford a perfect place to enjoy your natural surroundings, but thanks to the relaxing hot tub, a porch swing and rockers, it is truly a comfortable place to spend some time.

Don't forget the kitchen is fully equipped, just waiting to serve you that perfect gourmet meal.

In the bedroom you will find a queen sized bed with a luxuriant comforter and extra pillows for definitive comfort. You can soak your cares away in the Jacuzzi tub and enjoy a movie or watch Satellite TV if you choose!

The game room is located in the loft. With a pool table, TV, DVD player and pull out couch, 2 can sleep here if necessary, but the focal point of the room is FUN! Play a game of 8 ball or rummage through a pile of games and books, surely, something to suit anyone's needs.

There is nothing like a beautiful starry night in the Smokies, so come stay in Starry Nites cabin and enjoy the luxury of everything you can imagine. So remember, when thinking of rental cabins in Gatlinburg TN, or Pigeon Forge (Dollywood), for that romantic getaway, think - Starry Nites cabin!

Weekend getaway

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I rented starry nights for the weekend and we loved it. It was everything we wanted it to be and more. Very clean and fully equipped. The only thing I disliked was the late check in time but other than that it was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We would definitely recommend starry nights and we will definitely come back.

Owner's Response: So happy to hear you enjoyed you stay at the cabin and would love to have you back anytime. As for the late check in time it is necessary to give the cleaners the time they need (my cabin isn't the only one they are responsible for), especially this time of year, with the many back to back check ins/outs on the same day. Should you stay with us again and there is not a check out that morning I know we could accommodate an earlier check in. Again, thanks for the kind words.

Absolutely Fantastic!!!

  • 5 of 5

I booked Starry Nites for a weekend getaway for my fiance and I. We had an absolutely amazing time! The cabin is located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, near the national park area. It's about 10 mins off the parkway and about 10-15 mins from either town. The drive to the cabin is pretty tame, there are a handful of sharp curves but nothing scary. The road is paved the whole way up. The cabin itself is perfect!

We were blown away by how clean and how comfortable the cabin was! It shined from top to bottom. The decor inside was great and really made you appreciate being out in the smokies. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was a washer & dryer, and televisions in each room. The upstairs was cool. It had a tv, pull out couch, books, games and a pool table! The pool table was great, I really enjoyed winding down at the end of each day just shooting some pool and watching SportsCenter up there.

The back porch was the real highlight for us though. It's completely covered and surrounded by trees. We spent each night and each morning relaxing back there. The hot tub was amazing and super easy to operate. Our second night there, rain storms moved in after dark and we had a blast just relaxing on the back porch listening to the rain and enjoying the hot tub.

If you're looking for a relaxing, secluded getaway without breaking the bank or climbing a mountain, this is it! Starry Nites is a wonderful cabin, operated by wonderful owners. I know my fiance and I will be back. Give it a chance and you probably will too!

Quiet, private cabin with all the amenities

  • 5 of 5

This cabin was quaint, located perfectly between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, secluded, yet not too far away from everything. The back porch with the rocking chairs, porch swing and hot tub were perfect after a day of hiking. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to others.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ( we can HAVE IT ALL TO OURSELVES!!!) =P Yes, another 5 Star Review...

  • 5 of 5

Now that the secret’s out I guess we CAN'T have it to ourselves.

Starry Nites is ideal for a couple of any age seeking alone time in a quiet, comfortable retreat that’s convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The main floor has a nice kitchen sharing space with a living area. There’s a dishwasher, range, microwave and fridge w/ice maker. (With any cabin, bring a box of baking soda for the freezer as ice typically holds that stale aroma.) The layout is comfortable and the loft has games, 2nd TV and furniture, so a group of 3 or 4 could do fine here (remember: there’s 1 bathroom and really enough space for 1 vehicle). The covered deck is private, secluded by vegetation with a more open view in the winter. There are doors to it off the living area and the bedroom for convenience. (The next cabin up the road has a modest view looking down on it, so keep that in mind when using the hot tub.)

It’s right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so if you want to visit either or both, this is perfect. The drive, on a scale from 1 (flat) to 10 (get your affairs in order) is about a 6: A little windy with a few somewhat challenging places. Our GPS was close, but follow the email directions to be sure. The main is 10 min. going slow, and either town just a quick 5-minute jaunt either way. Perfect!

The décor and furniture are current, comfortable and pleasant. The lighting is nice, too, making for a very warm and relaxing feel. The large A-Frame windows are beautiful, allowing the morning sun to gently pour in through the trees. The queen bed is sorta high, and with a ceiling fan above be aware not to bop yourself on the head. We found the bed to be OK – not super comfy but not horrible either. We didn’t use either the Jacuzzi or hot tub, but the latter was clean and plenty warm when we arrived. The bathroom is nice and has an apt.-style washer/dryer in the closet. There’s no fan, so open the window and – just to be safe – bring a can of Febreze. The electronics worked and WiFi was great. There’s parking for 1 vehicle and not much space out front. There’s two cabins up the dead-end road, which has a turn-around that you can use.

Starry Nites was easy to find, clean & ready on arrival, and Susan was most delightful to work with. She was prompt and very helpful for us as we were seeking a place last-minute. She’s our hero! The cabin is a sweet value, in a prime but quiet location, and left us needing nothing more.

The perfect weekend away

  • 5 of 5

My family of 3 stayed in Starry Nites for the weekend and it was the perfect stay. It was like home away from home. The cabin was very clean and well kept. It was fully stocked with everything you would need without having to pack a ton of stuff. It was in a very relaxing spot in the mountains. The view was absolutely gorgeous. Our toddler really enjoyed being outdoors and the closed in back deck was the perfect place for him! He loved the swing and rocking in the chairs. The loft was great also and the perfect place to hang out once our son went to sleep! I would definitely recommend this cabin to someone who is looking for a nice, quiet and relaxing weekend with their family.

Great Cabin!

  • 5 of 5

This cabin was great for us. (2 adults and 13 year old son). It was nice and secluded up in the mountain. Great layout and and nice set up. My son enjoyed the pool table and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We had a great time riding up the 3 mile mountain getting to the cabin. It was a great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge as we spent time in both. Susan was great to work with and quick to reasond.
