We enjoyed staying at this condo in Feb. 2016. Clean, lots of space, beautiful pool and hot tub! We visited many shopping areas and restaurants, golf and Botanical Gardens-all a few minutes away. Don't miss your chance to stay here and discover the greater Phoenix area!
The listing was accurate with good photos of the place. The condo was comfortable, in an excellent location. The owner helped with any questions we had. We found many added bonuses to the rental, it was well equipped with cleansers, paper towels, bottled waters, spices, oils and vinegars etc.
I would recommend it to friends and others.
It was very nice and the view was beautiful as well---loved the location as it is centrally located to get on the 101 and walking distance to the store or shopping if you wanted. The pool area was beautiful and very peaceful with the waterfalls in the pool. We have rented other condo's, but we will for sure be contacting you first for availability of the one we rented #229 or the one you showed us of your other rental #230 as that was very nice as well---or who knows maybe we would have others come and rent both as being across from each other, which would be ideally the way to go, when traveling with others---
Also having extra's in the condo for us, such as pump hand soap, bar soap and toilet paper was a plus as normally we have to go to store and purchase right away.
