This lovely home has a completely updated kitchen (2013), granite counter tops, new appliances, and new cabinets. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, plenty of counter space, lots of light and all the cooking utensils. This well maintained home includes a master suite with king bed and private bath, living room includes a 50 inch HDTV, Wi-Fi. Seating includes couch, love set and recliner chair, large separate dining room and hardwood floors throughout. Very comfortable home away from home!
Outside, relax on the shady wrap-around porch and watch your family’s fun and games in the large fenced yard with private pool and pet area. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk or golf cart ride down the private drive. This home is one of three homes on a private cul-de-sac (Pineapple Cabana, Banana Cabana and Coral Cabana), no through traffic, close to Kenny D’s, Capt Dave’s on the Gulf and The Crab Trap restaurants on Old Scenic 98.

My wife Debbie and I started this business in 2002 because of the frustration we felt in trying to find Pet Friendly vacation accommodations. We have traveled with our pets for years. Some of the places we stayed were less than clean, and it was obvious by the smell that the accommodations allowed pets. We vowed when we started our vacation rental business that all of our homes would be pet friendly and all squeaky clean.
Other pet peeves (excuse the pun) is that many of the rental houses we stayed at did not have matching dishes or silverware or glasses and; the pots and pans were either dented, burned or missing. So we also vowed to include everything we could think of to furnish our kitchens including matching dishes, silverware, glasses, a full set of pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, and crock-pot. It now tickles us when we hear guests say they couldn't find anything we did not have.
We think you will find our prices very competitive to other rental homes, and we believe our quality and attention to detail exceeds our competition. I'm not referring necessarily to expensive furniture or furnishings, but rather to cleanliness, comfort and tasteful decorations; and not to mention our kitchens being fully equipped. The most common comment we receive from our guests is that our homes are much nicer than the pictures portray. The greatest compliment to our effort is the increasing number of repeat guests that have turned into great friends.

Another wonderful Vacation on Easy Street at the Pineapple Cabana! It's like visiting a friends'home that thinks of everything. Heated Pool,a fully equipted kitchen, nice linens, fuffy towels, and a aray beach items! Just pack your cloths, your family and your pets and just a 5 and 1/2 hour drive to Easy Street from the Atlanta Area ! I have been in each of their homes and they are all so clean,and well furnished, the first time we visited we were so suprised! We always travel with out two poodles and we had settled for less that average places that were not so clean and had what looked like left over garage sale furhishings and when we got to the Pineapple Cabana we thought we were in the wrong place! The furnishings are practially new! The Owners Rick and Debbie are so friendly and caring that you will just fall in love with them too! Automatic friends in Destin!
We had our two older sons fly in from Ohio, accompanied by one son's wife, their baby boy, and the other son's girlfriend. We drove up from Miami Lakes with our 10 and 17 year old and our puppy. We all arrived Monday, Decrnber 26th and just left today, December 31st. Wonderful, clean, completely accommodating home. Short walk to the beautiful beach, great back yard and pool too! Rick and Debbie are awesome to deal with. The only drawback, we had to leave 😞. We ❤️ Pineapple Cabana!
We recently returned from a wonderful week at Pineapple Cabana. This was our third time staying at one of the Easy Street rentals and our first at Pineapple Cabana. We had 9 adults and 2 sm dogs and had plenty of room for all. The extra guest house was a quiet little getaway from all the activity of the main house. The heated pool was glorious and the golf cart was a lot of fun to run around in. Rick Scali and Easy Street Vacation Rentals is our only choice for vacation accomodations in the Destin area.
We have stayed at the Coral Cabana and the Pineapple Cabana. I would highly recommend either. Easy Street is a perfect get a way for relaxation.
We had 10 people in our party including two small dogs. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Plenty of room and all the comforts of home. Would love to visit again soon.
The stay was great, our whole family loved it. We did not want to go back home. The age range was 20 to 69 and the bunkhouse was perfect for my son and nephew. The rest of the family stayed in the house with our three mini schnauzers. We will be staying at the pineapple cabana again and again. The pictures do not do this place justice, it is even more beautiful in person.
