An Apartment within a Modern Building with a Single Bedroom and Single Bathroom.

Our apartment has been furnished and equipped to a high standard so that we can offer you the privacy and seclusion of your own home in the center of London.

Many of London's foremost attractions are within easy reach of the apartment, the National Gallery is at the end of our street. Many of the best shows and theatres as well as a wide variety of shops and restaurants are all within easy reach of the apartment.

Covent Garden itself is at the very centre of London and is surrounded by all of London's leading attractions, together with a wide variety of restaurants, specialty shops and cultural venues. It’s central position and excellent transport links will give you the choice of activities to enjoy and venues to visit.

Within an easy stroll you can reach Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace Big Ben the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye. These are but a few of London's major landmarks which are within a short distance of the apartment. Covent Garden is well provided with transport links to other parts of London and its international airports.

The apartment it's self has been designed to be lived in and used as a home and includes: An entrance hall, utility room, bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchen.

The modern kitchen has a gas hob, conventional oven microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a full set of cooking utensils and tableware. The utility room has a washing machine and a dryer.

The main living area has a dining table and four chairs, two settees, a TV and a radio Ipod player. The apartment is also supplied with its own WiFi network.

A true pied a terre in the heart of London Theatre

My wife and I spent 7 nights in this fabulous flat. The location is especially good for a theatre goer as excellent restaurants with pre-theatre meal specials and the theatres themselves are all within walking distance. However, excellent underground and bus connections and proximity to the National Gallery, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, St. Martin's, and the British Museum make this a great location for anyone (we walked to Westminster). The apartment is well appointed with all needed dishes and pans etc. The two sofa love seats and the bed are very comfortable. The building is very quiet and the washer, dryer and dish washer make vacation a vacation! The owner is extremely cooperative and arranged to let us into the apartment very early on a Sunday morning (so nice to get that post trans-Atlantice nap!). Everything is as promised and expected. I would gladly stay there again (and hope to do so soon!)

Great location, convenient to just about everything, plenty of space and amenities, loved it!

Walkable neighborhood, building is quiet, has an elevator, close to 2 underground stations, 2 blocks to the grocery store, carpet could stand to be replaced, price for this type of property can't be beat! We would definitely stay here when we visit London again!

Great location, great flat

This was the perfect flat for our week in London. Great location, very comfortable. Easy walking distance to many of the things we wanted to do, and convenient to Leicester Square for the underground. Patrick met us when we arrived and we were happy to see that it would be easy to figure out the microwave, oven, washer, dryer, etc (and he had manuals!). We didn't do any real cooking, but the kitchen was well-equipped and the bathroom was great. Bedroom and living room were both very comfortable. The street is very busy and was great for people-watching, but the double windows meant it stayed quiet inside at night. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location, comfortable bed, updated kitchen and bath. Wifi and tv good

Terrific location perfect for our stay. On busy street with quite a lot of both traffic and people noise especially well into the early morning on Friday and Saturday. We used the portable fan for white noise at night, which did the trick even with the windows open. Having a washer and dryer was great and hosts even provided laundry soap. Bring your own shower soap or you will need to use the liquid hand soap till you buy a bar. Thick bath sheet towels and nice linens on the bed. Less than 5 minute walk to Leicesyer Sq underground and very easy walk to Trafalgar Sq/ National Gallery, Covent Garden and Piccadilly Circus. No problem walking to Westminster/Parliament, and Buckingham Palace is about 15 minute walk. Restaurants and pubs literally every few feet. Pret a Manger 100 feet away for a quick pastry or sandwich and reasonable prices (cheap for London). The flat is right in the middle of things. One day we walked to St Pauls then across the Millenium Bridge to the Tate Modern/Old Globe.

In the middle of everything, met our needs perfectly!

Patrick's lovely wife helped us check in, and provided all the information we needed for our stay. Quiet building on a busy street, in a neighborhood active until the wee hours. Close to dozens of restaurants and multiple theaters, and steps from the Leicester Square Underground station, which serves both the Piccadilly and Northern Lines. The clothes washer & dryer allowed us to pack half of what we'd need otherwise! The bed was comfortable, the portable fans kept us cool, the kitchen had everything we needed, the wifi was easy to use and wonderfully fast! This flat was exactly what we were looking for, and we hope to stay here again when we return!

The almost perfect apartment for London theatergoers, art lovers and first-time visitors to London

The Hanlons' exceptionally well-equipped, sparkling clean and -- for two people -- extremely comfortable apartment is a ten-minute walk from the West End theaters of Shaftesbury Avenue, Covent Garden (for opera, ballet and dozens of shops catering to tourists), the National and National Portrait Galleries, and less than five minutes to the Leicester Square Underground (Tube) station. Taxis are easy to find just outside the front door, but central London is being choked by traffic, and during rush hours walking will beat almost any form of above-ground locomotion.

The drawback to this location is the crowd noise and (as of the end of June, 2017) construction work starting at 7:30 on scaffolding directly opposite. With all the windows closed, the noise is well muffled, but if you need air for a decent sleep, take good earplugs.
