We stayed here while running the Market to Market Relay 2015 with two toddlers and our running crew. It was great! Although we were too tired to try out the hot tub after our run one of our group said, "I don't want to go home!" It's a very well-maintained property with plenty of beds and great outdoor space. We hope to stay here next year when we run the relay again. The kitchen is stocked, the beds are great, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Thanks for everything!
We had a group of 9 people and dogs. The place was very large, so everyone was able to do whatever they wanted without being on top of one another if they didn't want. Dogs were welcome, which is hard to find. It seemed very secluded and private. Plenty of entertainment was provided (multiple tv's, movies, cd's, pool/ping pong table, board games, reading material, toys for kids, xbox 360, etc.). The hot tub was great and very spacious, and the fire pit was very cozy. It was also nice to have a washer and drier. The only reasons for not having 5 stars was that you have to bring your own extra toilet paper and washer pods, which is weird; I'm a big fan of music, but the surround sound stereo was not hooked up and was scattered around the house, so tv speakers had to suffice; the fireplaces aren't adjustable, so it overheats the house in a matter of minutes; and lastly, the water pressure is low, so we couldn't take advantage of the beautiful, huge, double headed master shower (or have people using separate showers simultaneously).
This is a beautiful property, nicely decorated and comfortable. We had seven women and were very comfortable. Our only issue was the property needed a thorough deep cleaning. On the surface everything looked fantastic, but the nooks and crannies not so much.
Excellent customer service!
we had a wonderful, relaxing time!! perfect place to relax in the peace and quiet. feels like your in the middle of a forest, but still in the middle of civilization. house is very nice, as described, clean, too easy. already planning our next family visit. Thanks!!
My friends and I decided to get away from our city for a weekend and since nearly everything in Wisconsin and Michigan was booked, we looked into Iowa. We knew there wouldn't be much to do in Iowa, but once we saw the pictures of this house we figured it'd be worth the trip. I am seriously glad we went through with it! The house was absolutely perfect. The layout of the house is outstanding and has a TV in just about every place you can think of. We LOVED the outdoor hot tub with the amazingly clear view of the night stars. The ping-pong/pool table was a favorite of ours too. We even camped around the fire pit one night to enjoy some s'mores. Everything was just so well thought out. This house was very, VERY well furnished. It has all the spices, dishes, utensils you need for cooking and many things for baking. There were even sprinkles and food coloring for baking and decorating. Like who does that? One thing we didn't get to do was the pontoon boat, which I'm sure would have been very fun. If we ever find ourselves in Iowa again, we'll be back at Tango for sure.
Thanks again, Steve!
6 members of my family stayed for 3 nights. We used the speed boat and golf course.
We cooked dinners in the gourmet kitchen. The place was clean and the owner available to allow us boat access. Had a great time. THANKS!
