Our luxurious, Plaza condominium is located in the St. James Place Building in Beaver Creek, a five-star resort, which is next to the Park Hyatt Hotel and Spa in Beaver Creek Village. Beaver Creek Ski Resort is adjacent to the town of Avon (and ten miles west of Vail) in the Eagle River Valley in Colorado. This is a perfect base for all of your summer activities Walk out the condominium door and up the heated plaza, less than 100 yards, to the main lift. Or, ski down to the Elkhorn lift. Ski in access trails pass right by St. James Place!

Our quiet, garden-level condominium at St. James Place Resort sleeps seven, in three bedrooms, complete with down comforters and terry robes, and has three full baths. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet equipped kitchen, new granite slab countertops, complete with spices and new refrigerator, glass top stove and microwave. Experience the 1600 square feet of super luxury, Rocky Mountain, rustic décor in the middle of the action in Beaver Creek Village. This luxury condominium with its eleven-foot ceilings and walnut wood flooring provides a spacious yet cozy environment for a vacation of a lifetime.There is new carpeting in all 3 bedrooms, a large capacity washer/dryer and 4 large flat screen TVs with DVDs. We have been managing this condo since we bought it new in 1996. I love meeting all of our tenants, usually not in person, but through emails and phone conversations, and having many of them return. We have managed up to 13 rentals at one time and have been in property management for over 40 years.

Why Stephanie Glenwright chose Northwest Colorado

We chose to buy at St James Place in Beaver Creek because we fell in love with the area and its location to the ski slopes, the generous size of the units and all of the amenities offered at this friendly, upscale, family oriented Resort. Besides all of the winter sports, just strolling out our front door and up the Plaza to shop and eat at one of the many excellent restaurants is a favorite past time for us. Summers are also great here; a well kept secret.

What makes this condo unique

Beaver Creek is actually a 3 mountain Resort, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrow head. Plus your lift tickets are also good at Vail, Breckenridge and Keystone Resorts. Along with downhill and boarding there is a large cross country area, lots of snow shoe trails, sledding and ice skating at a beautiful year round outdoor rink.

Summer offers tennis and many golf courses near by along with hiking and biking. Fishing and white water rafting are also close by. A trip to Glenwood Springs to the largest hot springs salt water pool is fun winter and summer. Don’t miss the tram ride to the Adventure Park and caverns. As well as surrounding Aspen and Vail, there is the close by town of Edwards with its many shops and fun restaurants.

PS If your guests have children around my daughter’s age who are first being let out to roam around by themselves, the self contained, no traffic aspect of the Beaver Creek Village is a great feature.

My family booked this condo for a family vacation from the heat in Texas. The condo was absolutely fabulous. The location was perfect and everything we needed was made available to us. Stephanie was wonderful. She kept us informed and up to date. She had just recently installed air conditioning which worked very well and kept us all comfortable. We were so close to Beaver Creek Village that we were able to walk everywhere. Our granddaughter loved the Children's Museum and the activities at the base of the mountain. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Beaver Creek. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone with a family.

Perfect Labor Day Weekend

For the second year, my family and I enjoyed a wonderful Labor Day Weekend at St. James. The condo is spacious and meticulously maintained. It comfortably accommodated my family. The owner, Stephanie, maintains the condo with quality furnishings, comfortable linens, and all the supplies necessary for a truly enjoyable stay. It's a pleasure to work with her as she cares about her clients and their needs. The St. James staff are also helpful and accommodating. The condo location on the plaza provided easy access to the lovely restaurants, shops, and Oktoberfest activities. Its location also made unloading and loading very easy. We look forward to many more visits to this beautiful condo.

Great Spring Break abode

This was our first year staying in this condo, and it was a perfect choice for our young family. Very convenient wit comforts of home. Super easy access to ski lockers, restaurants and a brief walk to the lifts. Stephanie was very helpful from the time of booking to checking in once we arrived. She was very responsive to my questions and provided useful extra tips to ensure we had a great experience. We'd definitely return.

Great place in Beaver Creek Village!

What a great place! Perfect location. Great, roomy 3 BR and 3 BA place in Beaver Creek Village. Not exactly ski in and ski out, but close. A short flight of stairs down and a two or three block walk with a two flight escalator ride to the Centennial lift. It was an easy walk, though. It was pleasant walking past the ice rink and through Beaver Creek Village. This condo is conveniently located on the Plaza level at the St. James Place. It is a well equipped apartment-towels, robes, shampoo and conditioner, and soap included, with fully equipped kitchen. Stephanie is great-available and responsive. We had a conflict with our dates and Stephanie went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The St. James Place has parking, a fully equipped fitness center, indoor pool and indoor and outdoor hot tub. I recommend this condo fully and without hesitation.

Our Spring Break Home Away From Home

This was our 4th year staying in this condo. We are repeat clients and will continue to be so. Stephanie is lovely to work with and makes sure we have everything we need. St. James Place is convenient to the village and our whole family enjoys the indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and other amenities they offer. We love that the condo is on the main entrance level and we can just pull right up to the door and unload and load our car. The condo is quaint and clean and meets all our needs. Our children range from 21-13 and along with us, have enjoyed staying here. We love Beaver Creek and will be returning next year and hopefully staying again with Stephanie.

Great condo with an awesome location!

We stayed here with our 5 year old and another family with 2 boys. The space was perfect. Nice size kitchen/living room area and the bedrooms are a nice size. The condo is walking distance to several dinner options including a take out pizza place - good for the kids! There is a pool in the main building a short walk from the condo it has an indoor pool and spa as well as an outdoor spa. The walk to the mountain base wasn't awful semi challenging with kids and gear but doable. We spent a lot of time at the Hyatt hotel very close to the condo they have a nice bar inside as well as a restaurant over looking the mountain base.

We had a great time would recommend! One thing I would say is if you are wanting a view from your condo - this one doesn't have one. Wasn't an issue for us.
