Our 3 bedroom + loft property is a private end unit townhouse with 2,000 Sq. Ft. (sleeps 9 guests with 7 beds) and features vaulted ceilings along with an inviting sunroom/loft and an expansive kitchen overlooking the great room and stone fireplace. Newly remodeled with mountain style furnishings, this home has everything a vacationer’s heart desires. Recent upgrades to the property include: new couches, Weber BBQ grill, a daybed with a trundle twin pullout in the loft, remodeled bathrooms, new king beds in both master suites, flat screen TV's in all of the bedrooms and a 26' LCD flat screen TV in the kitchen. We have a Wii for children and adults enjoyment.

The quiet, secluded backyard deck area features a NEW high-end outdoor private hot tub to relax in. You are a short 2-3 minute drive from The Canyons, 5-6 minutes to Park City Ski Resort and 10 minutes to Deer Valley. In addition, there is a single car garage along with ample driveway parking for an additional two vehicles out front.

I purchased this property because it is an end unit with a great floor plan with lots of space, easy shuttle bus access and the backyard setting is spectacular in the winter relaxing from the private hot tub with views to the snow lined trees in the back with lots of privacy (hard to find in Park City).

Very comfortable property

The townhouse hit all the requirements our group needed. Easy to get to and and well located to ski at a variety of mountains, comfortable for a group of four, very clean, and did I mention the excellent hot tub. Another positive was working with Pat to reserve the lodging. She was understanding and very quick to respond to any issue we had during our visit. All in all our stay was a very enjoyable experience. Thanks Pat.

New Year's in Park City

This townhouse was the perfect fit for our group of eight from TN over New Year's. It has all as mentioned/photographed, plus some. The kitchen is the best stocked I have ever seen, the spa on the patio works great and is clean, the weber grill on the patio is fantastic, plus all the other features such as foosball tabel, Wii system, gas fireplace, flat screens in every room, wi-fi, and so on! Even has a garage that nice to park in. The location is close to all three ski resorts and Olympic Center. We went to Deer Valley to ski three days and I don't know if we will ever go anywhere else now. It was perfect. As far as other attractions, there is so much to do here. The townhome owner, Pat, is the absolute best to work with. She lived in Park City and can tell you all you need to know. She is available at all times and sooooo helpful in helping us with Rental Cars, Restaurants, and Snow Mobiling. Even has those connections with discounts! Thank you Pat for making this our best family vacation ever. We will stay with you again for sure. Tommy

PS: Thousand Peaks snow mobiling is a MUST do. Also Gorgoza snow tubbing, but get there at 5:45 and tube until 8:00. Not crowded at all during that time.

Way Too Hot to stay at during the summer months....but a good location....

We stayed here for 6 weeks from June 15th to July 31, 2013. There is NO air conditioning in this 4 floor townhome. It got so hot this summer (2013), that we could not use the 4th floor master bedroom and bath because of the intense heat upstairs. 3 fans are provided, but all they did was push the hot air around. The kitchen/dining area is on the 3rd floor so in order to use the outdoor grill, you have to go up and down a flight of steps and back up the steps to prepare and serve meals. It was especially difficult between the heat and smell with the windows opened, when the local skunk (yes, the real animal) sprayed outside the townhouse after being scared by a neighbor's barking dog. That happened at least twice a week!

The trash compactor was broken; the toaster oven was ancient and emitted a strange smell when we used it; there were no sharp knives to be found; and there was an above drawer cutting board that was filthy and full of crumbs when we arrived. Overall, between the heat, the skunk smell, and the generally uncomfortable furniture, beds, etc., our stay was very average, at best.

Owner's Response: This is a first for me as all of the other renters I have had stay in my place have always had nice comments which is obvious from the other reviews on my VRBO listing. I am not sure where to begin as I didn’t hear any complaints at all from this retired couple when they were in the property. When I e-mailed them after they had been in my property for over a month, their e-mail back to me was “We would love to stay another month but we already put a deposit down on another rental which is non-refundable”. Park City experienced an unusually hot summer and the vast majority of properties don’t have air conditioning in our mountain resort area. Nowhere on the VRBO listing or in our conversations was air conditioning mentioned. I have a lot of retired guests that stay in our place in the summer and all of them have enjoyed it. The property has a great cross draft if the windows are opened from the kitchen to the living area. I called my retired neighbor that lives year round in our building and she told me there had been ONE incident of a skunk that sprayed during the summer which lasted a few hours. When I e-mailed the guest the check-in information about the property, I mentioned that the trash compactor was disconnected. We have a knife sharpener in the drawer if they wanted to sharpen the knives. The cutting board mentioned was missed in the cleaning process – that board rarely gets used as there are two large cutting boards conveniently located on each side of the stove. I personally cleaned the property prior to this guest’s arrival – I am meticulously clean and I keep my property in excellent condition. The furniture and beds are newer and are comfortable. I am a responsive, responsible owner and if there is a problem, I address it and get it fixed. Pat

The Perfect Ski Townhouse

My family and I recently returned from our Spring ski vacation at the Canyons and we stayed at the perfect townhouse. We are a family of 6, and my 15 year brought a friend as well, for a total of 7 people. This townhouse accommodated us extremely well, with 3 beds in the basement, a bedroom on the main level and a master bedroom upstairs. It is located less than a mile from the Canyons ski resort, and conveniently located in between two towns where we were able to do all of our grocery shopping and was accessible to restaurants. The Foosball Table in the loft area and the private hot ub in the back of the unit were tremendous pluses, and my kids really enjoyed both of them. I would not hesitate to receommend this ski townhome to a large family, or even two families looking to stay together for a ski vaction. We easily could have had another 2 people with us on this vacation.

Beautiful, Cozy Townhome - Perfect Vacation

We absolutely loved this rental and will definitely try to stay here again. It was nicely kept up and very comfortable for our family. The layout was perfect for being able to keep an eye on everyone, but still created a lot of spots for hanging out. With three young children, we appreciated the highchair and pack n play. I enjoyed cooking and baking in a kitchen that was surprisingly well equipped. We even saw a moose in the backyard! We will recommend this to our friends and try to make a repeat trip next year!

Great owners, well maintained rental property

We had a wonderful Jan 2011 stay. The property and furnishings are well maintained. The owners are friendly and responsive. The location between Main street and Redstone Center is convenient to both by car. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.
