This beautiful tri-level is approximately 1700 square feet in size and is completely furnished. Full kitchen, 2 washer, dryers, dishwasher, microwave, 4 LCD TVs, 4 Blue Ray DVDs, 2 Private Balconies, WIFI and a private deck are but a few of the amenities. The rental rates are extremely competitive. The four bedroom three and half bath sleeps 10.

Exactly what we wanted!

This vacation was a Christmas gift to our adult children and our parents. Our must haves were a clean home with enough bedrooms for all of us and private access & close proximity to the ocean. And we got exactly what we wanted. We had an incredibly relaxing week, sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, enjoying meals on the deck, and taking dips in the ocean anytime we wanted. It was perfect!! The owner was wonderful too....suggestions for dinner and activities were helpful since this was our first time in Destin. There were no surprises, the condo was just as nice in person as it was in the pictures. There are some things that are not supplied, but the owner was very thorough in letting us know that from the beginning so it was not an issue. I definitely recommend this property to any ocean loving family wanting to relax in a clean & modern condo!

Great Place!

My family and I had a great time. Place was nice, clean, updated and perfectly located. Being able to walk out the door and directly onto the beach was incredible. We also were able to walk to numerous bars and restaurants along the beach (Whales Tail, Beach Bar, Pompano Joes, Surf Hut to name a few). Would definitely stay here again!

Coming back next spring

We totally loved the recently updated unit. GREAT location! literally RIGHT ON the beach! FABULOUS view! NO high-rises close by! We had the beach pretty much to ourselves. Some our our favorite things / memories ... having coffee early each morning, listening to the waves and birds, reading or listening to music on the beach feeling the breeze, watching sunsets from the balcony, walking with a flashlight at night and enjoying fantastic food nearby. Our unit was very clean, comfortable and without problems. Was surprised at how helpful the owner was ... providing us with tons of helpful tips, making sure we have what was needed as well as being only a text away. We will definitely be back next year! We were so close to the outlet mall, Baytown Warf and San Destin Complex ... all within 15 minutes. And Seaside was only about 25 minutes from us. So much to do but then able to relax and enjoy a quiet get-away. Can't wait for next year.

Great location on the beach, average place to stay

Love the location on the beach front, the condo itself was average, but the price was reasonable. Limited cable options, no ESPN during March madness (yikes ), just needs some touching up and a little more attention to cleaning details. Also, it's nice to have some starter things like hand soap and dish soap, doesn't cost a lot and it's a big help especially when you're just arriving.

Owner's Response: The kitchen cleaning stuff are all under the sink. I wished this guest would have asked me about it or anything else she needed. The only communication I had with this guest after their arrival was regarding WIFI password which I had already provided in my information sheet.

Perfect location, poorly maintained and dirty

Our family has rented in Miramar Beach for Spring Break the last 15+ years. We were late this year in booking due to family health concerns and this was the very last unit available on the beach. Upon check in we understood why. The entire unit was very dirty, with black hairs on the floor and furniture, greasy counter tops, and cabinets, missing & damaged blinds, dirty toilets, damaged doors and a refrigerator that would not stay cold (it had warning lights on the entire stay). During our 5 day stay (we left 2 days before the end of our rental due to the horrid condition of the property) the A/C stopped working and pieces of the ceiling nearly fell on my daughter after a heavy rain. Do not waste your money.

Owner's Response: I'm sorry this guest was unhappy. I attempted to address every issue he had as soon as he complained. Normally I wouldn't get into too many detail but I feel that that the 1 star review warrants a detailed response. I immediately sent my cleaners back to my home to address the grease & sheets complaints from the guest. The "grease" on the refrigerator was the stainless steel polish the cleaners used to polish/clean the refrigerator. The sheets that had bleach stains were replaced immediately. Neither I nor my cleaners were ever informed about "hair". We wish he would have told the cleaners about it since she was already at the house & would have taken care of it. The refrigerator was checked by a technician & was found to be in good working condition. The AC was frozen up due to the fact that the guest left the doors open & turned the AC temperature way down. I sent a tech out to the house immediately upon receiving an email at 4:30pm (not phone call or text) about the AC. The guest kept the technician waiting until after 8pm to get into the house. During the week I received several calls/emails from my neighbor who lives in the building with her small children, complaining about loud music & slamming doors at my home at all hours of the day & night to include playing loud music in the parking lot after 1:00 AM. My neighbor asked me to talk to them prior to her calling the Sheriff. The neighbor tried to ask the guests to stop but they ignored her. It was the continuous slamming of the doors that caused a 20”x20” piece of the ceiling texture fall. There was no leak as the guest stated. It is worth noting that every time I sent someone over to the house to address the issues he brought up, he was never there. I'm question if he even stayed in the house at all. We want all our guests to have a wonderful time in our home. From the day this guest arrived it was evident he wasn't going to be happy. Every day it was something new, the shine of the stainless steel cleaner, he didn't like the semi gloss paint, the newly painted walls needed to be steam cleaned, etc. To try & resolve this situation, I did call a condo inspector. He said she wasn’t allowed to come to the unit Tue or Wed. He scheduled an appointment with her on Thursday & he left before she got there. I'm sorry this guest was unhappy. I did attempted to respond to & make right any issue the guest brought up - to include sending the cleaners, a tech & an inspector to the townhome.

Great Location

This unit is right on the beach which we loved. You literally step off your deck onto the sand. It is an older unit, but it has been updated. It was very clean and we had everything we needed.

We brought our two pets and they loved it too. They are not allowed on the beach, but there is a sidewalk across the street where we would walk them several times a day and they loved meeting other pets and their owners. You can see the ocean from the sidewalk. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby that will allow dogs on the outside decks. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any request.
