Townhouse, 4 Bedrooms + a Convertible bed, 3.5 Baths, Sleeps 6-10

For my 2017 year guests: The remodeling on the first floor is anticipated to take no more than one week in December.

For my 2016 year guests: There is absolute no change. Pictures and floor plan are true representative of the townhouse.

This beautiful tri-level is approximately 1700 square feet in size and is completely furnished. Full kitchen, 2 washer, dryers, dishwasher, microwave, 4 LCD TVs, 4 Blue Ray DVDs, 2 Private Balconies, WIFI and a private deck are but a few of the amenities. The rental rates are extremely competitive. The four bedroom three and half bath sleeps 10.

(1) Master bedroom: A king bed. Sleeps 2

(2) 2nd bedroom: A queen bed. Sleeps 2

(3) 3rd bedroom: Two twins. Sleep 2 (After 1/1/2017 will change to 1 queen)

(4) Main living room. Queen sleeper sofa. Sleep 2

(5) 2nd smaller living room: Queen sleeper sofa. Sleep 2 (After 1/1/2017 will change to 4th bedroom with 1 queen)

A few steps down from your private balcony to the deck and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, 50 feet from the water.

Two restaurants are within walking distance.

Two grocery stores are less than 2 miles away.

Sliver Sand Factory outlet is within 2 miles.

This is a no smoking unit.

This unit is manged by the owner. No Management Company.

Why Owner chose Emerald Coast-Destin Area

Best location in Destin or Miramar Beach on a private beach. Close to shopping centers, grocery stores, coffee shops and within walking distance to a few restaurants.

What makes this townhome unique

You can park in front of this unit, walk-in and walk from the back balcony on the pure white sandy beach and less than 60-70 feet from the water.

Perfect Location

This has been our second trip to Destin and staying in this unit. We enjoyed it as much as last year. This unit has plenty of space for our group, very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and most of all located in a great area. This unit has two Living rooms and two beach side balconies right on the beach with only a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. We highly recommend this unit and we are coming back.

7 years of looking for a great condo in Destin, FL

We had an awesome/fun time. The whole family was able to relax, enjoy time together and the most beautiful beach in the world. The townhome was clean, comfortable and large enough for all 8 of us. We loved every minute of our stay, from the early morning coffee on the balcony to the glass of wine shared at sunset. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook the fresh Gulf Coast seafood from the local seafood markets. This area has beautiful pristine soft sugar white sand and clear emerald waters without the crowds. We will be back this summer. Great restaurants and shopping close by. It feels like your own piece of paradise, I highly recommend this place, best valued vacation rental, right on the beach, a true Gulf front townhome with great views.

Best Vacation Spot

We had a fabulous time and enjoyed every minute of our stay in this townhouse. This place has a perfect view of the beach. You can watch the spectacular sunrise and sunsets from your balconies. The beach is right there……you can simply step down from your two balconies and you are on white sandy beaches. There are no roads to cross. No buildings that block your view. The place was immaculately clean with very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully stocked and we found everything we needed there. We loved the no carpeted rooms. The place was beautifully tiled. The photos on the website don’t do justice …… They need to be changed.

Grocery stores, the factory outlets and restaurants were all very close. We walked to Whales Tail many mornings for breakfast or a fish sandwich at lunch. Pompano Joe’s were much longer walk and we decided to drive but you can walk there. Love their huge windows that almost always fully open.

We highly recommend this townhouse for its perfect location, being clean, comfortable, friendly owner and easy booking process. We are coming back.

The perfect get away place

We stayed here last October and really enjoyed it. The place was clean with everything we needed. The views from the master bedroom, living room and den were breathtaking. The owner was very easy to work with. The gulf front townhouse is in a great location. Nothing is too far away. We’ll be back.
