This beautiful little charmer will not disappoint.

Located a hundred yard from a small park and walking distance from Downtown Louisville, named Best Place to Live 2009 by CNN/Money Magazine. Only 9 miles to Downtown Boulder and hiking trails.

Walk in the front door to a large Dining Room and eat-in Kitchen with sliding doors to your private patio overlooking a huge yard with private open space beyond that.

Head upstairs to the Master Bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the backyard. Spread out with a walk-in closet and desk for your laptop. A new king size bed with a temperpedic top and a feathery comforter will ensure a restful night's sleep. Next door to the Master Bedroom is the 2nd Bedroom also furnished with brand new furniture including another plush bed. A queen size bed awaits your family or guests in this bedroom also with its own walk-in closet. Just outside the 2nd bedroom and attached to the Master is the remodeled bath with a tub.

From the main level you can head down to the lower level with a cozy Living Room with all the comforts of home. Sit back in the recliners and enjoy a book with the gas fireplace burning or watch you favorite movie on the flat screen TV. Just off the Living Room is the 3rd Bedroom with bunk beds: a double mattress on the bottom and twin on top. The newly remodeled bath with a shower and laundry is just outside the bedroom.

Located on a cul-de-sac, the home is very peaceful and private. It is just a few doors away from the park at the end of the cul-de-sac and a huge network of trails for walking and biking throughout the area.

The two car garage is Not included in the rental.

Thank you so much for renting your lovely house to us. We loved it here, the house is so clean & comfortable. It was a nice relaxing end to our fabulous holiday in Colorado. We explored downtown Louisville twice - Friday night was especially good.

Great house and location

My Husband and I and our two boys stayed at this house last summer for 4 weeks. The house is clean and has everything you need, the kitchen is very well stocked. There is a little park right at the end of the street and you can access the city trail network from the there too. Great location for running, biking and very close to the cute downtown Louisville. The covered patio is great for grilling and backs a wooded open space. Tommy is very easy to work with and responds quickly to any concerns. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay at Monarch Court

This house exceeded our expectations. It is located on a quiet cul de sac with a nice playground at the end of it plus walking trails that go for miles through open space. The covered patio was a delight. Great location handy to stores and the bus route. Tommy was very responsive to any needs and a wonderful host.

Great house in a wonderful neighborhood.

This house was as described; Clean and cozy with a great backyard steps from a park. Our two boys loved playing in the back yard while we grilled dinner on the covered patio. The little park down the street was a perfect walk for a change of scenery. We even walked downtown a couple time, maybe 20 minutes.

We found Louisville to be as cool of a town as "advertised". Great restaurants and shops; The Huckleberry for breakfast and lunch, Lucky Pie and Sweet Cow for pizza and ice cream. Those were our two favorites.

Tommy was great to work with and access was simple and smooth. We definitely recommend this house and will stay again if we come through town in the future.

Well cared for home in a great location

Loved the location, especially the park and trails at the end of the cul de sac. It was also great to have a yard with a nice patio. The home is comfortable and well cared for. Tommy was great to work with. He always responded promptly to emails and was very reasonable. We stayed here while looking to buy a home in the area and used Rebecca Holley as our Real Estate agent. Rebecca is fantastic. She helped us get a great house in a very competitive market. I would highly recommend Rebecca as an agent.

Great home and location

My wife and I with our two small children stayed at this house over the winter while we looked for a new home. The house is clean, well stocked, organized and in a great location. There is a small park at the end of the cul de sac which leads to the towns bike path wich allows for a quick bike ride to downtown Louisville. The covered patio is great for grilling and backs a wooded open space. Tommy is very easy to work with and responds quickly to any concerns.
