Why Jerry Nash chose Indian Shores

We have always loved the beach. Walking the beach in the evening is a favorite activity. A few years following our Florida honeymoon, we were drawn back to this area. We chose Indian Shores because of its small town feel and have always preferred spending our beach vacations in this area as opposed to anywhere else in Florida.

What makes this condo unique

As you enter our condo, you will see a plaque that says it all. 'If you’re lucky enough to be at the beach, you're lucky enough.'

The condo was extremely clean and the pool and hot tub were a huge bonus!! We would definitely stay there again. We had 3 teenagers with us and they walked to Candy kitchen every day for dessert!!

We had the opportunity to rent Jerry's condo in November right from the first time in contact with Jerry he was amazing. The information and instructions he provided helped us greatly. Everything he said was true. The condo was I would say had the best location on site. Everything you need was there, The large balcony over looking the gulf made every evening sunset perfect. We would sincerely like to thank Jerry for allowing us to stay in the well kept and clean condo. If you have the chance put this one on your bucket liist of things to do, we hope to get back again and enjoy our second home in the sun🌴�

The place was beautiful and all upgrades!

The property was great. Very clean and the room we had was fantastic. Only issue we had was with the check out process. We got a note late the evening prior to departure with instructions to strip beds and wash all the towels prior to departure and this was not on our initial list of instructions. Not a big deal but wish we would have had more notice.

The location and view was great. Condo was semi clean. There were crumbs on the counter and sand in the dresser drawer.

Enjoyed our stay . Would consider returning.

Beautiful view of ocean. Can hear waves. Huge balcony with comfortable furniture. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Liked being able to have our own parking space and that car was under cover. Enjoyed heated pool and hot tub. Can sit at end of pool deck and look at ocean. Only bad thing about pool is that for three days of our stay men were out all day power washing the deck. Very loud that you could not even talk and breathed in gas fumes. Was told that this was done once every so many years. I realize maintenance needs to be done but maybe they could have waited till after the holidays. You definitely do not want to be present during this work. Back to condo we cooked in often and found all we needed in kitchen. The only complaint is that the floors were filthy . Anyone in our party that walked around barefooted, (mainly referring to our grandkids who were always barefooted) had to wipe feet that were black with dirt before putting on shoes or going to bed. I had brought old pair of house shoes and they were so bad I just threw them away. Other than the floors the condo was comfortable and owner Jerry Nash is super nice to work with. The lady that met us at condo to let us in and give us keys was wonderful. Cheerfully met us at a very late time.

We're located in an area that features family dining, fine restaurants, golf courses, professional sports, tennis courts, parasailing, deep sea fishing, shelling, snorkeling, etc. For added variety, combine your beach vacation with day trips to the attractions at Orlando or Tampa. We are just minutes from St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Fort Desoto. John's Pass and Reddington Fishing Pier are just South of our Condo. You'll never be bored at our condo!! No Smoking and No Pets

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY: Cancellation Policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including medical and family matters. Guest is encouraged to purchase travel insurance, from a company of choice, to cover any unforeseen travel emergencies.
