Coquina Reef Condominiums is located in beautiful Bradenton Beach and offers many amenities within walking distance. You can choose to lounge in the patio furniture at the on-site pool and use the grills for a southern BBQ. Alternatively, the beach is only a block away from the complex, so you can stay close to home and still spend the day sunning by the beautiful gulf waters or enjoying the wonderful views of the sunset. Easily take a break from the sun and walk to one of the many delicious restaurants, cafes, or bars. The Bridge Street Pier is a short stroll away and offers dining, fishing and wonderful views of the bay. Bradenton Beach offers a free trolley that can be used to visit other close-by waterfront restaurants, beach shops and gift shops. A new bike path is available for sightseeing at your own pace. The marina is located less than a block away and provides storage or docking for your watercraft. You can also choose to venture out and spend the day in one of the nearby islands of Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and St. Armand’s Circle. City life is easily accessible with Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Petersburg or Tampa all close by.

Our unit has been family owned for over 30 years. I frequented Bradenton Beach as a child and now take my wife and three kids to the condo when we can find time away from the “real world”. This condo has given me and my family a number of special memories and I’m sure you will enjoy it.
This property was purchased due to its proximity to the beach and the tropical lifestyle that Bradenton Beach offers.
Fantastic weather can be enjoyed year-round while you stroll the beach from dawn to dusk. This property offers the ability to get away from all your day-to-day worries and relax doing the things you enjoy most. You will feel rested and rejuvenated after enjoying this tropical paradise.
After taking a day trip last year to Anna Maria Island, we knew we needed to get back there and stay on island. I wasn't sure where I wanted to stay, but needed something economical, clean, and convenient. We decided on Kim's unit and stayed at Coquina Reef #16 for two great weeks this summer. We loved the location of the condo for our family-walking distance to everything including restaurants, stores, mini golf, the pier, and the beach. I traveled with my two school-age sons (hubby stayed back on this trip) and always felt safe and comfortable traveling the area, walking back to the condo after dinner or watching the sunset at the beach, or even an early morning walk on the beach. Working with Kim was very easy, and instructions she provided couldn't have been more clear. The price she quoted was more than fair, and the condo was clean, fully stocked (dishes, towels, sheets, etc.), and the perfect size for our little family. We enjoyed the ability to wash dirty laundry in the unit--no one likes putting on wet, sandy trunks!--as well as cook our own meals to cut down on costs. The pool never had more than two others in it, but mostly was empty for us to enjoy. We loved the small condo complex, and the more intimate setting allowed us to chat with others staying there. Small but packed with everything you need for a leisurely vacation. Clean, private pool and five minute walk to a very nice beach. Quiet, family oriented area with restaurants and bars galore. Only suggestion would be some room darkening curtains in bedroom as the sun rises early in summer on that side of the unit. Thanks for sharing with us.
This one bedroom, third floor unit was a pleasant place to stay in central Bradenton Beach, FL.
It is represented correctly in the HomeAway advertisement. Kim, the owner, was very easy to work with.
The pool, which is shared by all the units in the complex, is very very nice, clean and warm. Had it mostly to
myself the week I was there (May 2016). The unit was clean upon arrival. Nice new stand up shower in the
bathroom. Modern washer and dryer. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Easy 1 or 2 block walk to Bridge street
attractions and the beach.
There is a new building going up next door. Work on it was done in the mornings.
The beach directly in front of 2nd street is open and very nice. You can walk up to the Beach House restaurant.
Further south a few blocks there are new beach jetties being constructed and the beach is closed a couple hundred yards.
This was our first visit to the area. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The apartment was just what we needed. It would be a bit crowded for four adults, but who spends a lot of time inside. The unit was clean and close to the beach and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, with extra sheets and plenty of towels. Beach gear would have been nice and some updated porch furniture is needed. The pool area is very nice and the owners that we meet were nice. Would stay at this property again.
We have stayed in the area before and just knew the location was exactly where we wanted to be.
Lovely clean apartment and the booking process and communication were good.
There was no beach furniture but 2 chairs and an umbrella from Publix cost only $35 so no big deal. We have left these in the apartment for future guests to use.
The only improvement I could suggest would be to have wifi.
Bridge Tender outdoor bar is superb.
Bridge Street Bistro (upstairs) is the best restaurant.
Try the coconut shrimp at Island Time (downstairs).
