Great location and cute and cozy place

  • 5 of 5

Great location in the historic district and across from one of the many park squares. House is cute and cozy and great place for a couple with loft bedroom upstairs and if needed an additional person could stay on the couch. They also have a fenced in back(and front) yard so works great if bringing your dog(pet friendly).

Really great and fun experience, only issue can be the parking.

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed your stay! There is a parking garage a block away, and some unmetered spots. But yes, parking can be a challenge in Savannah. Come back any time!

Little piece of heaven!

  • 5 of 5

My sister and I had a great stay in this historic Savannah home. It was a bit warm upstairs the first night, but we took note and adjusted he ac the second night. I imagine mid summer it would be better to just sleep on the main floor. We barely used our car the whole weekend because almost everything was within walking distance!

The house was just as described and well equipped. The square just out the front door was a perfect place to relax in the afternoon after a full morning exploring.

Great stay in a little piece of history!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this Savannah Tiny House! It was so fun to live in a piece of history and be the focal point of so many historical tours. The property was in great condition! The kitchen was very functional and the bathroom was nicely done. Glad we made this choice!

Charming little house!

  • 4 of 5

The house was well- appointed inside, with a kitchen, washer/dryer, new couch, wi-fi and TV. It was well located for exploring the neighborhood, and free parking may be available nearby sometimes. The mid-century (1845) stairway may be an issue if you are not nimble, it is at a 60 degree angle and the stairs are narrow.

A few days earlier we were at the 135,000 sq. ft. Biltmore Estate in Asheville, but this is a more manageable size.

Great stay in an historic site

  • 5 of 5

This little house is exactly as described. It is located in a great location - just 2 blocks from the Riverfront - and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and museums, which is a great thing since parking is at a premium and once you find a spot you don't want to lose it. It is on one of the squares so it was nice to sit outside under the trees and read a book. It also is within walking distance to where we met up for a ghost tour and we weren't at all concerned about walking back to the house at midnight after the tour. It was a little challenging having the bed up a steep flight of steps and the bathroom downstairs. There is no oven so we couldn't fix a quick pizza for lunch. The sofa was uncomfortable as all the other reviews have noted. It is a block from Broad Street which is a major access to Tybee Island and an expressway so it was a bit noisy. We had one question for the landlord and she responded promptly. Loved the whole trip though!
