Great location and cute and cozy place

  • 5 of 5

Great location in the historic district and across from one of the many park squares. House is cute and cozy and great place for a couple with loft bedroom upstairs and if needed an additional person could stay on the couch. They also have a fenced in back(and front) yard so works great if bringing your dog(pet friendly).

Amazing experience!

  • 5 of 5

I noticed this adorable house on past trips to Savannah and was so excited to see it listed here. Our group of 3 and a dog was deciding between staying here or in a hotel and we're really glad we chose this. Spending two days in this historical home right on the peaceful Greene Square was an amazing experience that I couldn't recommend more.

We really enjoyed the back garden and hanging out on the front stoop. Though it is "the smallest house in Savannah" we were perfectly comfortable. The house is well located in the historic district and serves as a great homebase for a visit.

Absolutely perfect New Years vacation

  • 5 of 5

Savannahs smallest house was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay on our babymoon. We loved being able to bring our dogs on vacation with us, they loved the courtyard in the back and playing on Greene Square! It was in the perfect location because it was far enough away from everything that it was pretty quiet at night, but close enough to walk wherever we needed to go! We will definitely be staying there again! Property management was also awesome to work with, and very sweet!

Great Liile House

  • 5 of 5

We thought the location was awesome. We rode our bikes everywhere and the fact that the house is historic piece of Savannah was a pleasure. The nice courtyard behind the house was so private and nice for morning coffee. The house gets a lot of attention. Visitors were constantly stopping by to take pictures and ask us questions. One very nice couple from NY even asked us if the house was for sale as they were very interested in relocating from Manhattan. We wished them luck and told them this great little house is only a rental to our knowledge but certainly worth the stay!

Unique Property but unsafe!

  • 2 of 5

Unique property but not for those over 50! Parking was a problem and the steps to the loft where the bed was located were almost dangerous to climb up and down. I was under the impression the bed was downstairs. The price was attractive but ended up being much more once the added expenses for cleaning etc. were factored in.. My experience was disappointing.

Adorable and quaint little space!

  • 4 of 5

This was the best little spot for me and a friend to stay for our girls weekend! It was clean and comfortable...does need a little TLC, but any 170+ year old home would! For the age of the home, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern amenities it offered. I will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you for a great place to relax over the course of the weekend!
