Great location and cute and cozy place

  • 5 of 5

Great location in the historic district and across from one of the many park squares. House is cute and cozy and great place for a couple with loft bedroom upstairs and if needed an additional person could stay on the couch. They also have a fenced in back(and front) yard so works great if bringing your dog(pet friendly).

Close To Everything in Historic Savannah

  • 5 of 5

This interesting little house is not for everyone (the stairs to the loft bedroom would be a challenge for some), but we (both age 60) loved it. Plenty of room for two. The house faces historic Greene Square and is an easy ten-minute walk from Bay/River Streets. Linda's Seafood (short drive) is nearby and an excellent choice for fresh seafood back at the house. Many excellent restaurants are within walking distance (we especially liked Zunzi's for take-out). On-street parking was never a problem for our Saturday-Thursday stay. If you don't mind walking a bit and are in relatively decent shape, this little house is a great (and quiet) choice for easy access to everything in the historic district!

Such a cozy place!

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in this perfect little house. It had everything we needed and was just as it appeared in the photos. I would recommend stopping at a grocery store on the drive in, as we felt finding a place to get the essentials was kind of difficult, plus walking back with groceries..The refrigerator unit did not cool at all while we were there ( this is not something we are complaining about as we did not even contact the owner about this issue), but it wasn't a big problem to us because we had already packed a large cooler and purchased ice. We loved this home and would recommend anyone to stay there (who is capable of climbing the ladder to get to the loft bed :) ) Thank you for our stay!

We had a great stay but wished we brought a few items

  • 4 of 5

Place was so cute! Location was great and free parking was easily available. Wished we'd brought some citronella candles so we could've used the small outdoor space more. Mosquitos were bad. The towels had a soured smell but outside of that we really enjoyed the stay.

Tiny House, Big Adventure!

  • 5 of 5

The location is really great, just blocks from River Street and with easy access to the free shuttle bus to get across the district when needed. It was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The only (very small!) downside was that I struggled figuring out how to get in, so a better explanation of that system in the check-in information would have helped. But the house is adorable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, though my tall husband bumped his head and shoulders a few times, which is honestly not that unusual an experience. Parking was fairly easy to find and the streets are clearly marked with sweeping times so we were able to park the rental car on a side that was not going to be swept during our stay and left it there until we were ready to go.

Thank you for a lovely stay!

Atlanta, Georgia

Fantastic historical place.

  • 5 of 5

Overall, I had a very nice time. Management was very professional and responsive to my questions. However, the place was not very clean, nothing very bad just general cleanup. As stated in previous critiques, the couch is horribly uncomfortable even to sit on. We did get Netflix courtesy of the mgt but no basic tv channels. I do not watch tv, so this isn't a problem for me. A lot of room for two people in the house, much more than you imagine. The location is magnificent. I couldn't ask for better.
