About Shelda Muirhead

I first purchased this home for my wife and I to enjoy. The view was the biggest selling point. I had looked at many homes before buying, and this one (by far) had the best view. It's a well built home too. I enlarged the deck to accommodate the large hot tub. We also purchased the lot adjacent to us to insure our privacy. We love coming here and I hope you will too.

Amazing Views

Wow where to even begin. My fiance and I were looking to take a trip up to the mountains before all of the chaos begun. I have to say this is by far one of the best cabins we have stayed in, in NC. The views off of the deck are absolutely amazing. Every morning the clouds would be down in the valley and below the mountain tops. The road access is very well maintained and very easy to find. Shelda is a pleasure to work with and we will be renting from her in the future. We highly recommend this cabin to any future renters! Oh and not to mention the cataloochee ski resort is literally 5 min away!

Beautiful views

My wife and I come to Maggie valley every year. This was our second time coming in the fall, we just love it this time of year. The cabin was so beautiful, great views and southern exposure so plenty of sunshine. The access road was very easy to navigate and definitely well maintained. Cabin is private and a great romantic get away. Shelda is an excellent property manager, this is the second time we have stayed in one of her properties, and she is a delight to work with!

This cabin is beautifully kept, very clean and has a special warm feeling about it when you walk in for the first time. The photos on line are just as the cabin looks and the deck has a few that is spectacular. Our first trip when I got out of the car, it just took my breath away! The area has many activies from just going down town to Maggie Valley, or taking short ride and full day trips to beautiful waterfalls. scenic drive and quaint little towns, and local festivals with great music. We have stayed here probably 5 times, including this past Spring. We will be back again, as it brings us peace.
