Our updated comfortable condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and pool ( picture lounging on the screened lanai drinking ice tea while watching your family play ) ! Our kitchen is fully furnished and complete by an owner who loves to cook, with all the basics like a blender, ,wine glasses, waffle maker, and pizza pans. Our washer and dryer are in the unit are full size. We also provide a iron, ironing board and hair blow dryer. We have free wireless high speed internet, family type DVD movie collection , games , puzzles, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and pool and beach toys. 37" widescreen Cable TV & DVD/CD in family room, new wall mounted 32" flat widescreen Cable TV & DVD in master bedroom and a Cable TV & DVD in the second bedroom .
Our condo is in the very desirable Sand Pointe complex and we are a medium size complex (only 45 units ) and a larger than average size heated pool . Never worry about getting a pool chair at Sand Pointe any time of year! The grounds are very tropical with the small lagoon, palm trees , beautiful landscaping, and at night is stunning with landscaping lighting. We are located on the first floor above the parking area so you are just steps to the pool, and from there only about 60 steps to the beach .
I ( Julie ) have a personal concerige business focusing on helping people with details that they do not have time to do . It is called Good Life Services ! I enjoy helping my guests with recommendations on the island for activities and restaurants and we keep an updated list of our family's favorite things to do on Sanibel Island that we will provide as a favor to our guests! Don is an engineer who has helped design electric hybrid vehicles, tank transmissions and currently works in the aeronautical field . We love biking, sailing, camping, and being outdoors. We have 4 grown children !

We love vacationing where we feel like we relax and get away. After returning to Sanibel vacation after vacation, we thought it would be a good investment and possible future retirement location.
Our condo is kept updated, nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped . There are full sets of matching dishes, silverware and glasswear. We have lots of extras guest comforts, for example a high chair and a Graco Pack 'n Play. The condo is very comfortable and we have a very good repeat guest base. Our guests feel like this can be there home away from home and we listen to them when we ask for feedback.

When my family and I started looking for our first warm Christmas, I kept coming back to this unit owned by Julie. We made the right choice and I very much enjoyed working with Julie! Once on the island, Holiday Sanibel handled the details of keys and that was also a positive experience.
We very much enjoyed the smaller condo complex. We thought the location was fabulous as we could pedal the bikes we rented anywhere - a very easy ride to Bailey's General Store to pick up groceries. The beautiful white sand and shell beach was right down the path as we exited the building. We rented stand up paddle boards one day and they were delivered to the covered parking area. I spent many hours reading in the screened in lanai while the boys watched the football games. Julie provided a lot of ideas on what to do on the island. We attended Christmas Eve worship at the Sanibel Community Church and Christmas Day worship at the Episcopalian Church. All the holiday information was printed out for us and made our Christmas stay a warm, relaxing, a joyful holiday. We have stayed on Captiva before, in a large house when more of us went, and we look to return to Sanibel Island again. Thanks Julie for always answering questions and being so helpful!
My wife and I are veterans of Southwest Florida; we love the area. Our stay in Julie's unit was fantastic. The weather was classic "Chamber of Commerce" great, the unit was just as advertised. Everything we could have asked for was provided to include brand new beach chairs. The condo is impeccable, clean and up to date. You can walk to the Sandbar Restaurant, rated #2 on Sanibel by Trip Advisor for American Cuisine. Nothing to ask for, a best buy,
This is the third time I have stayed in this unit (2001, 2011, 2012) and it will continue to be my first choice when visiting the island. The owners are extremely friendly and the unit is very clean, comfortable and well-suited for families, couples, singles, etc. The unit is very well equipped with beach chairs and toys, high chair, umbrella stroller, tv in both bedrooms, etc. The kitchen is also very well stocked with any type of cooking utensil/appliance. Sand Pointe has great beach access just a short walk down a wooden boardwalk as well as a well kept pool and small lagoon. The grounds are neat and clean. I highly recommend this unit!
My wife and I just spent two weeks at the above condo at Sand Pointe. The condo was as nice as portrayed on the website. Location was great for not only the activities in Sanibel but also for strolling the beach. The condo was well equipped and beds very comfortable. Both Baileys grocery store and Easy Over restaurant were close by and provided all that was needed in terms of grocery supplies and having a nice meal on occasion. Would stay here again without any hesitation
Thank you Julie for letting us use your condo for our vacation. It was nicely furnished and as described on the website. I also think Sand Pointe is one of the best locations on the island. This was our first visit to Sanibel and found it to be one of the best Florida vacation destinations we have experienced in our past 25 years of vacationing in Florida. We look are already looking forward to next years visit.
My husband and I spent a week in November at this Sand Pointe Condo and found it to be a delightful retreat. The condo was comfortable, quiet, clean, well located and very well appointed. We loved the island and were able to walk into town or very easily ride bikes to get around. There was time to relax on the beach outside the condo and also lots of interesting things to do on the island. We found the owner and the rental agency very helpful and easy to work with.
Would definitely rent the same unit again.
