With ocean views, a private hot tub, and three king beds apiece, this Neskowin beach house is the perfect rental for any kind of vacation on the Oregon Coast.
About two miles from Neskowin proper, and within easy driving distance of Pacific City and Lincoln City, this home is close to the beach and a golf course, and offers a reprieve from the bustle of other more populated beach towns.
Big windows and vaulted ceilings in the open living room makes for a great place to gather with entertainment like cable, WiFi, and DVD/VHS player and movie selection. Use the telescope to view the Pacific and stars, or head out to the deck with snacks, books, or bathing suits to soak in the hot tub.
Dine in or outside with a meal prepared on the gas grill or in the full-service kitchen, which is open enough for multiple cooks to help make any meal. Put dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
This single-level home can sleep up to eight guests maximum with three bedrooms and three king beds (plus sleeping mats for additional guests). Each of the three bedrooms has beautiful views - one of the rooms even has a small dinette to enjoy a cup of coffee with your sweetie in the morning. This home is perfect for guests with limited mobility.
With space for a large family or two smaller ones - or for a group of close friends - this home is great for a beach getaway. Neskowin is a fantastic town for beachcombing, searching for tide pools, and birdwatching in a quieter environment, though more bustling towns such as Lincoln City are just a short drive down the road.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental managementthings like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a websitecould be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Our stay was wonderful. The house is very clean and has amazing views. We got very lucky with the weather and that made out stay even better. I would suggest adding a couple more pans as we only found one small one. Also we had to fill the propane tank to the grill as it was completely out, so that was a little inconvenient because we got there super hungry and had to wait for the men to go find a gas station or a store with propane, which was not so close (Lincoln city).
Can't wait for their new big screen to be fully installed! That will be nice for all of us to see the movie better at night!! How do you get the surround sound to work? Directions for that would be nice. Overall we love your place and this wasn't our first time there, and definitely won't be our last!
The hot tub at night, when the skies are not full of clouds, are truly magnificent to see the constellations!! Love love love it!!
Great house, with amazing panoramic views of the ocean. We even got to see an F18 fly over (for the 4th of July). I will be staying here again.
This house worked perfectly for a relaxing girls weekend. After a tough bike ride, the hot tub was also a huge hit. This home was VERY clean, although did have an interesting musty smell when we first got there. The view is amazing with windows everywhere and the deck was perfect for watching the world go by. This is a quiet neighborhood, just what we were looking for. We will be back!
This was the perfect house for our weekend getaway! The hot tub was a nice addition, everything was great.
Nice property, and quite neighborhood, Didn't like that you have to stay quite after 10 pm and neighborhood are very nosy. if they don't like anything will call a manager right a way i had 6 cars parked and it was just funny that neighbors called the manager and complained about it.
