The Whaler Condominium is Ocean Front. Deluxe suite with large kitchen, living area and bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Ground level makes it perfect for ease to and from the beach, pool, walkway and BBQs. NO elevators necessary! Large wrap-around lanai with flat lawn area which could be great for small kids. Feels like you have your own front yard! Short walk to the famous Ka'anapali Black Rock, best snorkeling on Maui with no need to drive anywhere. Many water activities can be reached @ beachfront, including catamaran trips, scuba diving, parasailing, Whale watching in season.
Shopping at the Whaler Village is very close to enjoy shopping or restaurants

We bought 124 in the Whaler in November 2015 and are very excited to own our 2nd unit. We've owned 108 since 2004 and spend all our winters in Maui to escape Canadian winters. We have a large family and they visit us often so we now have a place for them to stay as well as to rent. We love Maui and The Whaler. It's a fabulous condo project on the best beach ever!

We've been coming to the Whaler for many years and always wanted to have a 2nd home here. The Whaler has gone through many upgrades. Just Completed...our Totally New Lobby. Newly resurfaced tennis courts, workout room, Free Beach chairs, and towels.Free Kaanapali shuttle service, The beach is wonderful, water clear and warm and the weather has less rain than many other areas of Maui. Snorkel to the famous Black Rock. Sunset Sailing cruises pickup right from your beach. Walking distance to 36 hole signature golf courses and driving range. Walk to shops and restaurants on the beach in Whalers Village.
The unit has been completely remodelled - kitchen and both bathrooms. New carpet was installed Jan 2015. Beach front complex, close to Black Rock, golf, Whalers Village for restaurants and shopping or a stroll along the beach or the Kaanapali Walkway.
Loved this place! Updated, bright and comfortable! My son and I stayed here, and felt at home. Easy access to parking and beach. One of the best beaches to relax on!
My family and I have come to the Whaler many times and this is one of the best units we have stayed in for sure, awesome to have a ground floor unit and the updates they have made really made us feel at home. We will definitely come back to the Whaler and when we do will request this unit again!
Our family stayed for two weeks and were so comfortable the entire time! This condo is nicely stocked with everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the little ones yet it has some beautiful updates that make it very nice to stay in. The masterbed was VERY comfortable and even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. We especially enjoyed being on the bottom floor as we could walk right out of our condo to the beach. Very convenient with little ones! We highly recommend this place especially if you have a family!
We've been to Maui many times and this was the best. Perfect location. Loved the ground floor, never waiting for elevators, just steps to the beach. The unit is nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is beyond well stocked and the outside barbecue area looked great.. But we took advantage the the great restaurants within close walking distance and had the best dinners. And at the end of the day, you will really appreciate a really comfortable high quality bed..it makes all the difference.. We loved it and are planning to come back next year.
We just returned from our 10 day Maui vacation. Although we have been to Maui many times, this was one of the best trips we ever had. It was harder than usual to leave!
The Whaler has always been a favorite of ours. Staff are always friendly and helpful. You can't beat the location right in the heart of Ka'anapali Beach. The ocean access is so easy and the views are amazing. Property facilities are just what you need for a relaxing condo visit to Maui.
This particular condo was fantastic and the photos don't do it justice.. The owners have done lots of updates already and mentioned doing even more soon.
We found it to be very well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen gadgets to beach chairs. (Although, we did want a pineapple corer. We were going to buy one and donate it to the condo but didn't find one until we got to the airport to leave!) The bed was firm but comfy. We slept great every night. The kids slept on the sofa bed with the memory foam padding on it and were perfectly comfortable. The double lanai is WONDERFUL! We didn't get to take advantage of it much due to the landscape updates on that side of the building but when its all done it will be gorgeous!

We had the most amazing time in Maui!! The condo was exceptional.....had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen, grilling utensils right down to the spices!! newly remodeled bathroom is beautiful and bed is super comfy. Ground level was perfect for us and is very private with no foot traffic at all. Location of the Whaler is perfect right on the beach with everything within walking distance and with the Whalers village right next door with great shopping and dining and great snorkeling right there at Black Rock what more do you need. Perfect location at the beach and our daughter enjoyed the pool as well. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit...Thank you again for an amazing stay!!
The Whaler is located on main Kaanapali Beach and next door North of the Whalers Village shopping and restaurants. Kaanapali Beach is consistently rated one of the best beaches in the World.

The Whaler charges a $17.00 daily resort fee / $20.00 starting June 1, paid at the front desk upon checkout. Fees are subject to change.
We collect and remit Hawaiian tax and that's 13.416% over and above the nightly rate.
We pay for checkin and checkout cleaning. No charge to the renter.
Our property Managers, Whalers Realty Management, charge $49.00 for a non-refundable mandatory CSA damage protection policy.
3 night deposit due upon booking. Balance due 45 days before arrival.
