Nestled in the woods, this charming log cabin offers more privacy than other cabins in the Lakes Community with ½ acre of land with a barn and several amenities including a wood fireplace, hot tub, foosball table, DVD players, VCR, whirlpool bath upstairs and more. Attention to detail was important while decorating this cabin- the colors and furnishings are beautiful and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is set up so guests can comfortably enjoy the wood burning fireplace. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loft offering ample space for 6 guests. The two bedrooms have queen size beds and the loft has a queen sleeper sofa. There are televisions with cable and DVD players in the living room, downstairs bedroom, and loft game area. There is also a television for kids in the bedroom upstairs offering a Nintendo 64 game system with games, VCR, and DVD player. The loft game area also has a foosball table. The back deck offers privacy where guests can enjoy the hot tub and fresh mountain air. So, this cabin is perfect for a long stay or a short getaway.

Area was great. Slept 6 people easily. Easy to pick up and return keys. Had a fabulous weekend!
My family really enjoyed our stay at A White Tail Ridge cabin. It had all the amenities you'd expect in a cozy cabin, and a few that surprised me. I planned to make a crock pot supper one night, but forgot my crock pot in the rush to get out the door. To my delight, the cabin even had a crock pot, so I was able to make my chicken and dumplings while we leisurely tooled around Foscoe. The real fireplace was my husband's favorite, and my son loved the foosball table. We also enjoyed all the movies, particularly Fletch and Flightplan. The cabin is expertly decorated, comfortable, (except the pillows - remember to bring your own - that was another thing we forgot), and cozy. One other thing I didn't pack was a hair dryer, and there wasn't one there.
