  • 5 of 5

Very clean, well maintained beach house. Great location right around the block from restaurants, grocery store and shops. All within walking distance but far enough away not to hear any noise.

Short walk to beach and pool. My wife and 3 teenage boys had a great time at the house, plenty of room for everyone, very comfortable.

Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Vacation Home

  • 5 of 5

We spent a week in Captiva with our two young kids (4 & 6) and loved every minute of it.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It was roomy, comfortable (in all respects), perfectly located (close to pool, beach, and downtown) and complimented our every need. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms contained anything/everything one would need for a perfect stay.

This house is definitely an A+ accommodation in my opinion.

We LOVED this house and can’t wait to visit again soon.

Wonderful Home, Wonderful Vacation

  • 5 of 5

Accurate description and photos. Home and property very well maintained. Sunset Captiva is a lovely property; very peaceful and quiet! Lots of vegetation making the homes very private and pretty. Owner, Alice, wonderful to work with providing information and responding quickly to questions. Home nicely decorated, clean, kitchen well stocked! Easy short walk to the beach. Pool area very clean and in excellent condition. Walkway to the beach is beautiful. Excellent location for walk to beach, bay, restaurants, shops.

Requested to arrive a day early, made arrangements with the owner in advance. Property maintained thru Royal Shell. Upon arriving at home found that it had not been cleaned for our check in. Cannot say enough about the timely response to the problem(it was after business hours). Royal Shell staff arrived within 10 min of our call, housekeeping had home cleaned for us within 2 hours. Also generously compensated with a gift certificate.

Highly recommend for a wonderful vacation! Thankyou Alice and Royal Shell!

We really liked this house and the complex it is in. The house is nicely furnished and roomy. Beds were comfortable and the house was very breezy, so we did not have to run the a/c at night. Short walk to a gorgeous beach. Lots of beach toys avaible. An easy place to enjoy!
