Welcome to our cozy, spacious, and centrally located townhome. First things first - the free bus stops right outside the townhome and the schedule is written on the bus stop placards. Write down the times when the free bus arrives out front and you’ll never wait in the cold! Hop on the bus for a 2 minute ride and get dropped off at Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge to catch the Carpenter or Silver Lake Express lifts for your day of skiing or take the funicular to the world renowned St. Regis to enjoy a drink. Head the other way and you are 2 minute ride from Historic Main St and its’ world class restaurants and shopping.
As you walk in the front door of the townhouse, off the radiant heated plaza, you notice that you are surrounded with windows allowing a great deal of light and a great view from anywhere on the main level. That very same level of the townhouse includes a generous living area with very comfortable leather couches to relax on after a long day of skiing. A warm gas fireplace lights up the room and a dining area with a table that seats a family of six allows you to talk over the days ski runs by the fire. A large butcher block island in the kitchen is a good place to drop off all the groceries for the week. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to fill up the fridge with those groceries and have an evening in if you so desire. Head downstairs and massage your ski legs in the private hot tub. Large master suites with cozy comforters and comfy beds provide great privacy with one up and one down, and each have jetted tubs, TV’s and DVD players. Lastly, two spots in the underground heated garage provide safety for the skis on your ski racks.
Our Townhouse Features:
Two MASTER SUITES, each on their own level and include a queen bed, private bath, jetted tub, tv and dvd.
MAIN LEVEL that includes a living area with leather couches, a gas fireplace, a dining area with a table that seats six and a fully equipped kitchen with an island counter and two stools.
We also have a QUEEN AEROBED (rather than a pull-out couch) that can be set up to accomodate two additional sleepers.
PRIVATE HOT TUB on your own outdoor deck.
GARAGE PARKING for two cars with elevator access to the condo.
The PARK CITY FREE BUS stops directly in front of Greyhawk and provides direct access to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge in less than one minute.
HISTORIC MAIN STREET is an eight minute walk down Deer Valley Drive from the condo.

Dear Bill - I can't tell you enough how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo and how wonderful it really was. It was super great and we really had a great time. You had thought of everything. Our daughter and her husband were staying at the Stein but we had so much more room, they came to our place in the evenings and we even played games!!! That was great, they are 35 and out of our league, but seemed to enjoy spending time in the evenings with Mom and Dad! Of course, the weather was great while there and the skiing was terrific. Hopefully we can do this again and you will be at the top of our list if we do. Thank you again.
This property was totally "as advertised". Super convenient to both Park City and Deer Valley. Owner was very responsive and friendly to all our questions. Could not ask for more.
This ski condo was perfect for our vacation. Well located about five minutes to Deer Valley and equally close to the village of Park City, it was comfortable and well-appointed. The hot tub on the deck was an added bonus after a long day on the slopes. The property manager met us at the condo and was very helpful answering any questions we had. The condo also has underground parking and a storage locker for ski equipment. We would gladly return!
Very nice condo in a great location, very close to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain. The heated garage under the condo is very convenient. The private hot tub was very nice and we used it every night.

Great condo for a family ski vacation! The location is fantastic, so close to Deer Valley Ski Resort as well as Historic Main Street in Park City. The owner, Bill, was very approachable and gave great recommendations for restaurants, groceries, etc. The condo was well maintained and equipped, and the unit was spotless when we arrived. We all can't wait to return!
Two private, but equal, bedroom suites will make this the perfect choice for us when we return with another adult couple. Works great with a teenager (or two) as well. The owner is helpful and pleasant, and the place is large, well laid-out, well-maintained, clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. The bus stop is right out front and there's little wait for the bus to take you quickly to ski Deer Valley or Park City and home again.
