Just arrived home from a weeks stay at this unit, we had a great time. Seen dolphins and had a wonderful time at the beach and down at the boardwalk. The condo was super nice hope we will be able to visit again next year.
This was our 5 time staying at Sea Breeze. This is the first time I got to see a sea turtle nest(right outside) and then saw them dig up the eggs and trans plant them. Liked the condo very clean. Like how you took out the wall. It makes the condo seem so much bigger.
This was our first trip to the Gulf side and the first time staying in this condo. The condo was absolutely beautiful as shown in the pictures. There was more than enough room for myself, my husband, my daughter, her husband and my two grandchildren. I spent every morning sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee while watching the para sailors, wave runners, boats and periodically dolphins swimming by. We spent the day at the beach which was not crowded but very relaxing, at the pool or at John's Pass which is within walking distance shopping, going to restaurants, we took a dolphin watch charter and saw many dolphins, we also went to Alligator Adventure which my grandkid's loved! At the end of our days we would return to the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. The only negative was not having a washer & dryer in the room. Although having them on the same floor was very convenient the problem was not having a coin machine in the laundry room itself which would have made using the facilities a little bit easier. Overall best vacation we've had!! Thank you Carolyn for always responding to me with any questions I had and we would definitely love to come back!
We just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely condo. We were very pleased. Great location, close to Johns Pass. Beach is not overly crowded. Great covered parking spots. Condo was very roomy, nicely decorated, clean. Condo owner was great to work with. Tile floors throughout, which we love. Carpet at the beach gets so nasty!
It is no secret that the area around St Petersburg and beyond is one of stunning beauty ,bath warm ocean and sunsets to boast of. All that remains is to get the accommodation right. A bad condo will ruin all of the above , no matter how many dolphins you see while swimming ! This is the one you need ! The condo within is superb with all the mod cons you will need. It overlooks the beach and you can watch the sun set from your balcony and what sunsets they are. One factor that sets it's location apart is that there is a huge area of clear beach directly in front of the unit with acres of space and a great sense of openness and freedom. It is on the lower section of Madeira beach and is less congested even at the busiest part of the day. The pool is almost an Olympic dive below the unit (please don't , not deep enough !) good food within walking distance , a seven eleven a 9 iron away in case you forgot the wine and so much more to tell of than space will allow for. If you want the holiday of lifetime you can find it here and we are fussy with regard to living quarters . As we left we spoke of when we would return and what we would do.This was one great Disney story where we kissed no frogs to reach the prince , a royal stay , go for it !
My husband and I have been leaving winter behind and going to Florida for a week for the last few years. This year we decided to stay in Madeira Beach. Boy are we glad we did.
The reservation process with Carolyn was easy. She was very friendly and answered my many questions. The payment process was secure and again easy. Carolyn sent me a whole welcome kit with all the information we needed for our stay. It made the whole check in process so easy.
A bit about the Condominium. Sea Breeze is an amazing place. Pool and hot tub with the Golf feet away. The is a BBQ with tables. And a shower to wash the sand off your feet/shoes when you return from the beach. Every morning the maintenance crew would be cleaning the area/pool/hot tub. The Condominium is very secure. A code to use the elevator. Parking permit required to park in the lot. The other owners/renters seemed to be retired or "snow birds." Which made for a quiet and friendly environment.
The condo itself was nothing short of amazing! We are able to get in with no trouble. The first thing we saw was the view. So beautiful. Many hours were spent on the balcony. The kitchen is wonderful. It has every appliance you would need. There is a dining room table that seats 6. The living furniture is very comfy (we had no problem getting comfortable during the football games). There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We only used 1 of each. In the main bedroom we were able to open the windows and listen to the sound of waves. The bathroom was a dream for us (double sinks!!) and the walk in closet was perfect to hang our clothes and store our luggage. The condo is very clean. Very well maintained.
John's Pass is a quick 5 minute walk away. Plenty of shopping and eating available.
Overall this is a great rental. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is your place.
Right on Gulf, two blocks north of John's Pass, fishing, jet skiing, shopping, dining, miniature golf bicycle riding, bus transportation up and down beach, near grocery stores.
