Why Walter Cohen chose Santa Fe
I love the southwest charm, location and size of this condo. I lived in this condo for a number of years. I loved being able to walk or bike anywhere anytime- to the plaza, farmer's market, coop, rail runner, cafes and restaurants. And I loved the view of the mountains.
What makes this Condo unique
The view of the mountains, kiva fireplace, french doors on the balcony, southwestern decor and extra window I installed overlooking the trees in the courtyard make the condo feel very cozy. Because of the special location in this complex, it always feels private.

Comfortable place centrally located
The place the perfect size for the two of us. Just 5 minutes from Old Santa Fe, and located in a quiet area. We enjoyed the Historic Santa Fe one day, and hiked Bandelier National Park the day.
Comfortable condo, clean and quiet. Good access to everything in Santa Fe and surrounding areas.
My husband & I spend 2 months (Nov. & Dec. 2018) at this condo. It is a small, very nicely furnished place and a great location for everything in Santa Fe. The condo was clean & everything was in working order. The complex itself was well cared for and quiet. We loved using the Kiva fireplace and the large balcony with partial mountain view was very nice. Walter was great to deal with; responsive, pleasant & informative. The only minor issue we had was that there is no mailbox at the condo, which for long term renters could be problematic. We would stay here again!
nice place, good location
Very nice condo for a couple, with some very nice furnishings in the style of the region. Well furnished kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware, cookware and gadgets - could have used a couple more wine glasses. Plenty of towels and linens - but byo shampoo etc. Very quiet for sleeping. Easy off street parking (parking in downtown Santa Fe was "evil").
Good location - not walking distance to downtown or other attractions, but centrally located for easy access to groceries and everything we wanted to see. However, nice morning "park" walks available just a block or two away. (the owner sent us a wealth of information about shopping, hiking, local attractions and food hot spots -- very useful!)
Only downside for us older folks is that it is on the third floor and no elevator. If you can manage the steps you are fine - in fact it may be good for you!
We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It is on the edge of town but very easy to get anywhere. There are groceries nearby and downtown is just a few minutes away. Walter is very good about answering emails and he gives you lots of great information. We would stay here again.
Super loved it
Great condo really quiet and very clean and comfortable. We loved it
