The beach is off the beaten path of the more crowded public beaches of Tybee, ideal for families with small children. Many condo buildings on Tybee require you to cross a busy public road to actually get to the beach, but not here. We are directly on the beach, making it much easier to get young children and beach gear to the beach and easy to go back inside if someone needs a restroom break or nap or to grab a snack and extra towels. We are only a few minutes walk along the beach to lighthouse point.
Cool off with a dip in the pool, only steps from the private boardwalk to the beach.
Boat launches are only minutes away to either The Savannah River, Bull Creek, or The Atlantic Ocean, all of which are great sea kayaking or jet skiing venues.
The charms of Savannah's historic squares and graceful monuments, and its world-class restaurants, museums and shops, are only a 20-minute drive away.

Stunning views, great beach and pool access for young children, condo has a open kitchen and den, and good layout, easy drive into Savannah for lots of history based outings providing entertainment year-round.
This part of tybee is quiet and less developed. The beach is NEVER crowded even on holiday weekends. We are truly a hidden gem on tybee!
We spend countless hours on the balcony in every season, watching the huge ships pass by and the dolphins play, entertaining for guests of all ages.
Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tybee for Spring Break. Despite being too cold to get in the, water we enjoyed many walks on the beach and found the island had plenty to do including kayaking trips fun for teens.
The condo is perfectly located. Being in a gated community provides the feel of a private (never crowded) beach but Downtown Savannah is just 20 min away. Savannah with it's wonderful historic houses, restaurants, art galleries and museums proved to be a great entertaining and educational opportunity for the whole family.
We'll be back for sure!
This was such a wonderful place to stay!! I loved cook dinner at night and as I was cooking I got to watch the dolphins entertain right outside. The beach is so relaxing and never crowed which was such a plus. It is very convenient to any where on the island and there are so many great places to eat at on Tybee also. We loved our stay at your condo and hope to come back.
We had 5 ladies on a nice getaway trip. This was the perfect place for that. The view from the balcony was awesome, we spent a lot of time watching the dolphins, shrimp boats and container ships. We walked up around the point and to the ocean. At one point I waded out and was only about 10 feet from some passing dolphins.
The condo was clean, spacious and would work for however long you would need it...the pool was nearby and very nice. It is the quieter part of the island, but we walked to Huc A oos and loved it. We used local shuttle service to go eat and get groceries. Would definitely recommend this condo....thank you!!!!!
Wonderful condo right on the quiet beach. The condo is clean, spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated. loved the balcony, great views of cargo ships, shrimp boats, tour boats and dolphins every day!
Would definitely stay again when back at Tybee.
Bring your own coffee filters, salt and pepper, beach towels and chairs.
The great thing about Tybee Island is that it's only 25 mins drive from Savannah, so you really do have the best of both worlds.
One of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. This 2 bedroom condo has plenty of room. Very nicely furnished and very well decorated. The balcony has expansive views of the waterway with direct access to a nice quiet beach. Covered parking on site and security gate controlled. Highly recommeded for any season.
We had a great stay at this Tybee rental. The unit was spotless, beds and linens were perfect and comfy.
Our family really loved the view. At any time of of the day there is probably a ship, shrimp boat or a pod of dolphins passing by. It never gets old sitting on this porch!
Another nice thing about this location is even on Memorial Day weekend the beach was not crowded.
Enjoyed our stay immensely. The accommodations are excellent. The view from the porch was great, especially the sunset, and very peaceful. The beach is right there--it's clean and uncrowded, and if you don't like salt water, there is a pool just a few feet away. A great place to stay--right on Tybee and minutes from downtown Savannah.
