We decided to buy this wonderful Log Cabin on our way back from Mackinac Island as it offered Great views, located between Mackinaw City and Cheboygan and a short ride across the bridge to the 'Upper Peninsula'
When we arrive to the cabin we just all of a sudden totally relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of our grinding work weeks. We spend the evenings star gazing, sitting by the campfire or watching TV.
Thank you so much for allow my wife and I to use your wonderful log cabin. It was a bit chilly at night so we snuggled up next to the fire watching old movies! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! A trip we'll never forget and YES, we will be back soon!
This was our second stay at this cabin. We loved it so much the first time, decided to return. The cabin is perfect for our family of four adults. The area is so quiet, at night, you can hear the water of Lake Huron, lapping against the shore. It's a short drive to Mackinaw or Cheybogan, but close to everything you'd want to see or do. The cabin was spotless, both times. We'll be returning to Mackinaw next year and this cabin will be the first place I check on. It's cozy and comfortable, we love the fire place (actually was able to turn it on this year as we had one really cool evening)
Loved staying at this Log Cabin on the Straits of Mackinac. Perfect spot for our vacation. Felt like our Home Away from Home. Great Location as it is close to all the main attractions but away from the hustle and bustle of town.
Many fun things to do in the area (visit Mackinac Island, Parasailing, Hiking, Rafting, Biking, etc.). So cool to be able to sit on the porch or swings and watch the freighters go by and best of all the star gazing at night was unbelievable. Let all your Family & Friends know this place is a real gem.
