This luxury condo was completely remodeled in April 2010. The property manager tells me it is THE nicest unit in the entire Beaver Village complex of 200+ units, which is reflected in the 45+ 5-Star reviews that I've received from previous renters! My unit is a 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in the Village of Winter Park and 7-10 minutes from the base of the Winter Park Ski Area by a free bus that comes every 15 minutes to my building's entrance during peak hours. It's also a 3 minute walk to the condo complex clubhouse with free indoor pool, multiple whirlpools and a sauna. The clubhouse has had extensive updates to the pool area in the past year! This is a 3rd floor end unit with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the Continental Divide off the front porch. Here are the highlights of the remodeled condo:

• Free Wifi with 100% coverage inside condo.

• Top end Bosch High Efficiency washer and dryer.

• All new furniture, including 2 new queen mattresses added in January 2015 and new living room furniture including a queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and rocker/recliner added in December 2015.

• Master bathroom has a Mr. Steam steam shower.

• Guest bedroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub.

• Granite counter tops in kitchen/bathrooms with new cherry cabinets and roll out drawers (kitchen).

• Weber grill on the back deck connected to unlimited natural gas.

• Top End HDTV entertainment center

- 48in Samsung 1080p "Smart" HDTV (Upgraded in December 2015)

- Comcast upgrade to Xfinity Dual Recording HD-DVR and 150 HDTV channels including all ESPN, national news and Denver channels.

- Sony sound-bar with wireless Bluetooth subwoofer which also allows streaming of music from smart phones, tablets or laptops with Bluetooth

- Sony Blu-ray/DVD player

- Logitech Harmony 1 remote for seamless coordination of all devices.

- Extensive Blu-ray/DVD library (additional DVD's available at clubhouse).

• A tankless energy-efficient hot water heater for limitless hot water.

• All new doors, rough cedar baseboard/casing, tile in kitchen/entrance/bathrooms and carpet.

• Walls are decorated beautifully with artwork from local artists and European art.

• Front door electronic combination lock (no need to share a key).

• Fireplace upgraded this summer to high output radiant heat logs, windproof pilot and remote.

• Ample supply of new pots, pans, dishes, silverware, knives and small appliances including coffee pot/grinder, toaster, and blender/food processor.

We have seen deer, moose and other wildlife from the back deck. For the adventure minded, you can ski back from the mountain in 45 minutes - we've done it many times as a family!

PLEASE NOTE: In an effort to provide an allergy free unit, our condo is non smoking and 'petless'.

Keywords: Recently remodeled luxurious condo. This is a top floor end unit with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the Continental Divide.

About Bob Gamble

My family and I have, literally, skied (much of) the world together. We lived 12 years in Western Europe and skied over 50 different resorts in the Alps, in addition to skiing most of the resorts in Colorado. We have a hat collection on one of the walls in the living room area for most of the areas we have skied. We love Winter Park and consider it to be our favorite mountain. It's one of the most family friendly areas we've experienced and offers terrain for all levels of skiers. And, it has the highest average snowfall of any of the Front Range ski areas so you're almost assured a day or two of powder in a week's stay.

Excellent place to stay in winter park

This is our third year staying at Bob's condo....each time for 3-4 weeks. It is perfect location for skiing and walking to town

We ski 90% of time at Mary Jane ....2 buses will get you there from condo. We did end up driving over most days. Parking in C lot or top lot. Always found a spot usually 11am. Although about 5 days went earlier and found spots

We also cooked out most days in the lots yum!

When in condo we cook our meals. Stopped at Costco and Trader Joe's when we arrived in Denver and took a few trips to Safeway and we had all we needed. Bob has kitchen set up nicely to cook/bake/grill anything you like

The beds and fold out couch are quite comfortable

We really appreciate the w/d unit, steamer/shower

Great Value in Winter Park!

We stayed at the Gamble's condo for a Winter Park ski trip. The condo is a great value! We originally planned to stay slope side , but realized that we could get twice as much for our money by staying a few minutes down the road at this condo. The extra space is a life-saver when traveling with family!

The condo was well appointed with everything we needed and the grocery store Safeway was close. There is a bus service called Lift in case you wanted to skip the rental car although we still got one for convenience.

Making the reservation was also hassle free. I was emailed all of the information that I needed upon payment and there is a door code lock so we didn't even need to bother with check-in. Just parked and walked straight into the condo like we owned the place. I would highly recommend this condo if traveling to Winter Park!

I also want to put in a plug for the Active Images shirt shop down the road from the condo if you're looking for a souvenir from a local store. This is a super neat place where you can design your own Winter Park apparel to buy. It's cheaper than buying shirts from the retail shops at the resort and was really fun.

Very nice condo close to the resort area and downtown Winter Park

This is our second year to stay at Beaver Village and there are so many positive comments to make. You are a short bus ride away from the ski area and can catch the Yellow Line which comes right by the condo building. It is a very easy walk to downtown Winter Park and Cooper Creek. The condo is clean and has all the amenities you could desire. It is very comfortable for four people and can be managed with six with the pull-out sofa.

Highly recommend!

The apartment is very clean and very well maintained. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen - adequate utensils and efficient. There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment and one more couple of minutes walk away. Bob is a great host !!

Great Getaway

This condo is perfect for a Winter Park ski getaway. It is very cozy and well furnished in a classic mountain style. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Nicely situated between town and the ski slopes. During booking the owner communicated clearly and in a timely fashion. I would have no hesitation going back. Nice rock fireplace too!

Clean and convenient!

We had a great Thanksgiving at Bob's place. The condo is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Bob is an excellent communicator and has well written instructions in the condo. Will definitely stay again!
