This beach house is located on land owned by the third generation of the Frank Kirk family of Hartford, Ct. The original cottage was built in 1923 and to this day is enjoyed by his grand children, his great grand children and many friends. The newer beach house was built in 1975 as a retirement home for Mr. Kirk's son and is now offered for rental June-September.

My family had the best summer vacation in Saybrook Manor last year and w're returning again this year! Steps to the beach, large, spacious house with all the amenities. Association has family activities such as Bingo, Spaghetti Dinners and Breakfasts at the Club House. Such fun. Perfect!
