BEACH GEM 305 is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath featuring a full kitchen bar with seating for 4, table for 4, sleeper sofa and love seat, King bed, 2 flat screen TVS, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are also available. This condo is clean and beautiful too..... OFFERS WIFI and FREE LONG DISTANCE (RESTRICTIONS APPLY)....

The building has washer and dryer (pay) on each floor, elevators, and plenty of parking (some covered - not assigned). Walk to local bars and restaurants but condo is located in a quiet residential area. Quick drive to grocery store, tourist attractions, pharmacy, restaurants and mall. Trolley service is available in the area and throughout the City.

NO SMOKING IN THE CONDO OR ON THE PROPERTY (PUBLIC BEACH SMOKING ALLOWED). NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED - SORRY ASSOCIATION RULES!

Our family has been vacationing at the Sunset Chateau in Treasure Island, Florida for more than 20 years. It is located in a quaint residential area with multi million dollar beach front homes. It is within close distance to restaurants, grocery stores, the mall, and many tourist attractions. There is a trolley service too... We loved it so much that we bought a condo there in 2001 and want to share our condo and beach experiences with others.

We loved your place, everything was great , we had everything we needed , great location and fantastic view and beautiful breathtaking sunsets . The weather was a little hot for my husband but I had no complaints 😊. Will definitely recommend your place to my family and friends , great place to relax and unwind and enjoy the ocean , and we saw Dolphins the first evening we were there. A true gem for the price

The beach was private and never crowded, the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The kids and I were delighted to find an assortment of beach items, including many nice chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella & toys. The owners were quick to answer emails in the wifi password and stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. Te view was gorgeous, the beach was right outside the door. Dolphins could be seen daily from the beach and the balcony. I loved this place. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Beautiful beach

The condo was clean and had plenty towels, sheets, and other necessities like alum. foil, zip lock bags, and condiments. The condo had a lovely beach theme. I liked that there was a shower instead of a tub/shower combo. The bed was very comfortable and had extra pillows. The sunset was beautiful and the beach was right in front of the condo. There was even a sea turtle that left her eggs on the beach while we were here. We were very pleased with our stay and the cost.

Beautiful Breathtaking Sunsets!

We loved your place, everything was great , we had everything we needed , great location and fantastic view and beautiful breathtaking sunsets . The weather was a little hot for my husband but I had no complaints ��. Paradise.

Not home yet and can't wait to come back. Love everything about being here. New couches are so nice and match dining chairs. As always the views from balcony are breathtaking.

We have made some new friends while here. Safety is not a problem here.only things that need replacing are the beach chairs and umbrella other than that I have no complaints.

SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL

Stayed for one week with my daughter and two granddaughters (6 and 19). We stayed in 310 and this unit was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and had all the amenities, including anything you would need for the pool or ocean. The entire condo was well maintained and the pool was very clean. Everyone we met were friendly and there were no rowdy people. The view was amazing and the nightly sunsets were breathtaking, which each night giving us a different sunset. Being directly on the ocean is the only way to go. And the fact that it has a private beach was a plus. We could leave our beach items on the beach the whole time we were there. No lugging everything up and down each day. The condo was very well maintaiined and the pool was extremely clean. The building was very secure and we especially liked the fact that you had to use an elevator key after 10 p.m. and the stairway on the main floor was also locked so we didn't worry about non-condo people having easy access to the building. The listing was exactly as described. The payment and agreement process couldn't have been easier and check in was no problem. I would recommend this unit and the condo itself to anyone. It was a perfectly relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
