Retreat to this cottage that is 500 feet from a private beach and the most beautiful beach in Chatham, Lighthouse Beach (public) through the dunes and down the road. No need for a car. Walk to town, shopping, and restaurants. 3 bedrooms. Beachy and breezy.

Newly renovated. Open, airy, beachy and serene.

Outermost Harbor and Off Little Beach Road...4/10 of a mile from the Chatham Lighthouse (beach), 1 mile from downtown (walking main street, shopping, dining, band concerts, Chatham A's baseball). Walk to Outermost Harbor Marina, famous for Seal Watches!! Monomoy Wildlife Refuge for hiking and bird watching. Fishing, bike trail nearby, golf course short drive, and walking Main Street and shopping.

3 Bedrooms (Sleeps 6, Queen, Full and 3 singles), bath, living room, kitchen, dining area, 'after swim' outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, Cable, wireless, GAS Grill, Patio. Washer Dryer.

Available April through October

Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, blender, microwave, coffeemaker, etc.) VCR, cable TV, AC, gas heat. Outdoor 'after swim' shower, beach chairs.

Activities: Boating, fishing, swimming, biking, hiking.

Home of the Chatham A's Baseball League and weekly summer baseball clinic for children,

Craft/Artisan Fairs, many locally organized activities for children.

Area: Walk to flats or over the dunes and you are looking at the Atlantic Ocean..

Our family lives in Chatham year round. We have enjoyed years on this beach. We have owned and rented for 17 years. Some of the same people coming back summer after summer. My husband and I take care of the property ourselves....with a personal touch.

Like Old Cape Cod...a bit away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The area is right by Outermost Harbor. Beautiful views and extraordinary walks. Easy steps to the beach.

Newly renovated 2016 right down to the studs. A mix of the old with the new. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans and a fully equipped kitchen. Take a picnic to the waters edge or walk to town for a meal or two.

Heaven on earth. Smell the breeze...step in~

Magical Vacation on The Cape

My friend and I just took our kids for a week vacation at this cottage and had the most magical time!! It is beyond adorable, fully stocked, and perfectly located! A home away from home! We toured all of The Cape and Chatham ended up being our favorite of all of the cities! We met some great neighbors there as well! We always felt perfectly safe and even allowed the children to head out to the bay without us to explore for clams, crabs and other sea life and seashells. The lighthouse, beach, Monomoy Refuge are all within walking distance. The seals are abundant and fun to watch. The shopping in town is fantastic and the Candy Manor and Buffy's Ice Cream were a big hit with the kids. We dined all throughout the Cape but our two favorite meals ended up being in Chatham, one at Squire and one at Wequeassett. I just can't say enough great things about this cottage and our time spent there. We will definitely be coming back!!

In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded unless the LANDLORD is able to re-rent the property for the same period of time and cost, in which case the deposit is refunded. If a Realtor is needed to rent the property the deposit will be refunded less a rental commission ONLY if the property can be rented.

$2500.00 per week in summer season. 100.00 cleaning fee which is deducted from the damage/security fee.
Upon signing lease send in half rent due. 60 days prior other half is due.
