This spacious townhome has two master bedrooms and private baths-one with a large soaking Jacuzzi tub. There are two levels with over 1750 square feet of air conditioned space which allows for privacy. There is a screened lanai and a very modern kitchen with granite countertops and luxury appliances. Upstairs is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
One bedroom has a very comfortable king bed. There are also two loveseats in this room which can convert into beds.
The other bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. It has its own private bath.
The community pool is nearby and is heated during the cold season. Our best library (with lots of free computers) is not far and the hospital is within walking distance. Publix, my favorite grocery store, is very close.
And, the garage has a remote for easy access. This is a peaceful community with security gates.

I live at Shell Point Retirement Community on a little island near Fort Myers with my husband. But I own several townhomes in Sail Harbour and I escape to one of them almost every day. I am a native Floridian, born in north Florida and moved to Fort Myers from Miami. But my father was in the Army so I have lived in many places around the world. Sail Harbour is close to things I enjoy like the beaches, library, theater and good restaurants. It is also one of the best constructed developments (solid concrete) in the area.
I find it very attractive with good security
and I enjoy having residents of all ages.
Sail Harbour is a very peaceful place. When I am inside I forget that I am in a townhome with many other homes.
Listing description and photos were accurate. Property was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Very well stocked kitchen and appliances, etc. Having a garage was a bonus and now we're spoiled. Location was excellent in safe, attractive, gated community close to everything. Patricia was very attentive to our needs and questions and very pleasant to work with. We attended a Boston/Phillies game close by which was fun. We also love Sanibel and Captiva Islands which are very close by along with Lover's Key beaches. Ruby Tuesday was very convienient and good food and Publix is our favorite grocery store by far. We enjoyed exploring the nature trails at "Ding" Darling and 6 Mile Cypress Slough and taking photos. Thank you Patricia for sharing your lovely home. Looking forward to returning to Sail Harbor for March 2014! Would highly recommend this property.
The location of this townhouse is very central to everything in south Fort Myers. The proximaty to Sumerlin is useful for getting to the beaches and to hwy 41 and shopping. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool is warm with salt water and kept in pristine condition. The interior of the house is beautifully decorated and well equipped with furnishings and kitchen utensils. The lanai faces north and is cool on hot days while the front of the house is warm and sunny. Our landlady is very pleasant and most helpful and ready to meet all of our needs. She lives locally and is available.
15 minutes from Fort Myers Beach ,Sanibel, and downtown. Condo is new and spacious. New security gate with guard works well. Area is quiet and safe. This is a family friendly, dog friendly environment, and is well maintained. We very much enjoyed our month stay.
the condo is very nice just like she said clean well kept everything you need is there,close to all the good spots shoping sightseeing,all are near,the area is well kept and quite nice,we swam ane walked around and people are very friendy,and the landlady is real easy to work with she was always around to answer anything we needed,we will go back.

There is a $200. per month deposit when booking. The rest is due as follows: One-half is due 60 days before arrival. The other half is due 30 days before arrival.
There is a $200 Refundable damage deposit.
There is a $100. Refundable deposit for the keys, pool card and garage door opener.
The cleaning fee is $125. This is refundable if you care to leave the town house in the same condition you found it.
