We are located at Holmes Beach in a condo-like complex in quiet residential area, half a block from beach and in walking distance from the island's marina and main shopping centre with, shops, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, cafe's and bars, etc. If you do not wish to walk, a trolley will take you there for free. The villa is hidden inside the condo complex on a private circle - no street traffic, no noise - safe and quiet, where one does not feel isolated: people from other villas pass by, walking to or from beach, swimming pool, or trolley...

(2) OUTDOOR FACILITIES (3 LARGE DECKS)

***** SUN-DECK - large, in front of the villa, with direct sun from noon to sunset; here you may enjoy the sunshine and the open skies, relax with a drink or dine with the whole family, then watch the stars at night.

***** SCREENED LANAI - large, with a roof and high speed ceiling fans, conveniently adjacent to kitchen, with leisure furniture and a dining set for 6; it offers sun peering in in the morning, then shade with a fabulous view of the palm trees and other tropical vegetation for the rest of the day. ***** BBQ GARDEN DECK - in the back of the Villa, you will actually be in the garden but still under a roof; you can prepare your meals on a WEBER Genesis BBQ gas grill and dine there if you prefer - even in rainy weather.....

On ground floor, very private and hidden behind garage, with office/HDTV with Brighthouse control box, a stereo set for use with portable electronics. The door leads to the BBQ garden deck. Children like this room - as we hear, or those grown-ups who need some quiet time to focus on 'work' on their lap-top or to enjoy the latest news on HDTV.

The Villa is furnished with tropical (rattan, wicker) furniture and has a light and airy atmosphere. The main floor features an open-space living/dining/kitchen area, with an attached master bedroom & bathroom. Two other bedrooms & second bathroom are on the top floor, easily accessible by staircase from the living area. In total, the three bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds provide basic comfortable sleeping for six.

The villa is fully furnished with all comforts including bed linen, towels, dishes, glassware, cookware, etc. There are three TV sets, blu-ray disk player with a library of DVDs. You will also enjoy our Samsung front loading washer and dryer that make the laundry easy to do. In addition, we provide a WiFi internet connection and free phone calls within North America. For the beach, we provide as a courtesy a beach wagon, beach chairs, towels, coolers,

etc.

Sorry, no pets are allowed and thank you for not smoking inside.

Please note that you can locally rent bikes, sea kayaks, toddler furniture, etc. We will gladly provide the necessary contact information.

We are Canadian owners who love to spend some of the retirement time away from snow. The Villa is actually our second home (not really a 'rental place' per say), but when we cannot be on the Island ourselves, we like other people enjoying it !

Anna Maria is without question a very unique place for beach relaxation in North America - non-commercial, laid-back, quiet, residential, with no high-rise buildings but many miles of clean white-sand beach, warm sea & sun, with no fast-food chain restaurants but so many local places from rustic local watering holes to extravaganza..........

What makes this townhome unique

From our place - a pleasant short walk to the beach. You can be in your swim suit, a towel over the shoulder, and a drink in your hand. We take to the beach all necessities in the morning, then walk back and forth as needed to get coffee, sandwiches, drinks, forgotten things, or just to chill out, cook, eat lunch, have a siesta, etc. Then collecting all things from the beach later and heading home for dinner. Moreover - you are within a walking distance from the Island shopping centre with boutiques, cafes, restaurants, galleries, and more.

All I can say is WOW!!! And I cannot thank you enough for sharing your beautiful property with us! It was so good that I actually cried leaving! The children cried because they didn't want to leave the beach. Such an amazing vacation. I will be writing a review for you! But personally I wanted to thank you & tell you we will return next April ... For 2 weeks!

Perfect!

This unit was perfect for us. The main floor was our primary living space: living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, and bath, plus a screened in porch off the dining room and a sun porch off the living room. When our son and his family visited, they had full use of the two upstairs bedrooms and bath. We had our space; they had theirs. Walking to the beach was a big plus for us, as was the fact that the unit is not on a road and is therefore very quiet. Morning sun on the side of the screened in porch was welcoming, and afternoon sun on the wind-protected sun porch was accessible even when the weather was cool. The unit was well equipped with cook ware, beach gear, and a state of the art grill. The owners are very available and accommodating. The rental agency responded promptly to the few issues we had while staying there. We will be returning again next year. Always a good sign of a satisfied customer.

Caring Owner, Great Condo Great Location .

Just returned from visiting this condo with my wife and teenage children and what a wonderful condo it was, really well located and equipped. The beach is just a short walk away and because there is little to no parking by this section of beach you can always find room and it never got overcrowded. We experienced both Dolphins and Manatees in the beautifully warm water.

The local shops can be easily reached utilising the bikes or by taking a short walk and I can recommend Harry's Bar for a real honest beer and food.

The owner was extremely responsive and a real pleasure to work with clearly caring for his visitors and condo I can thoroughly recommend this as great place to stay.

Beautiful

We just returned from vacation to this location and it was amazing. We would definitely return. We have two children and the set up was perfect. They each had their own room for personal space. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. It was easy to pull the wagon ( which was provided) and spend the day. The beach was never too crowded. We easily found a place even arriving at 11:00. We walked back daily for lunch, and it was easy because we left our main stuff on he beach with no problems. There is also a hose connected in the front of the townhouse front so we could effortlessly rinse off our feet before going in, and there is a full shower in the back for the super sandy kids. The lanai was perfect; we ate every meal there. What's not to like? It's screened in and has two fans! We did also use the pool a few times and it's about a 3 minute walk or less and was never busy. We also used the trolley so we didn't have to drive everywhere which the kids loved. (I think next time we will rent a golf cart.) The stop was very close to us, right by the beach access. We ate at several local restaurants and it was all amazing. Last point, the owners were fabulous to work with and beyond helpful! I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place

My wife and I just returned from a three week stay at this North Beach Condo. The bottom line is "what's not to like". An absolutely gorgeous setting....on the back lanai you can sit, eat, read as if you are in a tropical forest what with all the beautiful trees and foliage. Yet just a block away, across Gulf Drive is the most beautiful beach you will ever experience.

The home itself is wonderfully furnished, from eating ware to beach towels to plenty of bath towels. The garage is equipped with six beach chairs, an umbrella with a nice wagon to carry them in across the street to the beach. We had glorious weather and were on the beach every day. Manytimes, we came back to soak in the wonderful swimming pool which is part of Paradise Village. Anna Maria is not the Florida that I many times disdain. It's a laid back island with no high rises. Sure the traffic can be a problem, but you have the free trolley that takes you up and down the island. Tennis courts nearby as well as a golf course.

I used one tank of gas for the car for the three weeks....tells you that we were very satisfied to just hang around this part of the island. Rent some bikes for a better and close up views of everything this little paradise has to offer. Also, I have to include the great grill out back. Great for preparing the delicious varieties of fish on the island. Many kudos to the owner for providing a most wonderful vacation experience.

Perfection

Anna Maria island is unique in so many ways.

Going off the island is not desirable for us as we have come to love the non commercial beach like community with use of bikes and trolley, community center for tennis etc. and this spacious, clean and well organized unit, ideal for beach access, having wonderful porches and lush foliage which makes it feel so private, not to mention the pool.

The owners genuinely care about their renters which is shown by the prompt and accommodating communication. A real gem.

Wonderful condo

We rented this condo for a week. I can't say enough good things about it. It was well equipped (especially in the kitchen) and very comfortable. We bought fresh fish from a local market almost every day and everything we needed to prepare and enjoy a meal was available. I thought we had a great BBQ at home, but the one the premises was far superior. The walk to the beach was short and any beach item needed was in the garage. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
