If you’re searching for a spacious Caribbean vacation condo that’s ON the beach (not just close to the beach or up the hill from the beach), this is what you’ve been looking for!

Totally remodeled from top to bottom in the summer of 2014, this 900 sq. ft., 2 level villa is located directly on Sapphire Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on St. Thomas, and is one of Sapphire Beach Resorts premier private rentals!

You will enjoy spectacular panoramic views from our two private balconies overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Ocean, St. John and the British Virgin Islands, where you are just steps away from the half mile long, white sandy beach and crystal clear aqua waters of Sapphire Beach. There is great snorkeling right on our own reef, and a two level pool is provided for guest use only.

Remodel includes:

• New porcelain floor tile – both levels

• New kitchen and bathroom cabinetry

• New quartz countertops – kitchen and both bathrooms

• New tiled kitchen backsplash

• New 4 door stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser

In addition, Building A underwent a complete renovation of the exterior in 2013.

Imagine sitting on one of your two private balconies enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails (It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!) in a lush tropical setting, listening to the soothing sound of the ocean right in front of your condo!

You enter to the main floor, which has its own large bathroom, full kitchen, dining table, and living room with a queen sofa sleeper, recliner, flat screen TV and private balcony overlooking the beach and palm trees with amazing views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands. The quartz countertop kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, convection microwave, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, blender and plenty of cookware, dishes and silverware.

Stairs from the main level lead up to the master suite. This upper level, with an 18 ft. cathedral ceiling, also has its own large bathroom, a new king size pillow top bed, sitting area with another queen sofa sleeper, and another private balcony with even more spectacular views.

63 channel cable TV is provided on both levels. Both levels have their own air conditioning with separate thermostats; but the ceiling fans and ocean breezes are often all you need!

This unit can comfortably sleep six people. It is perfect for a couple with children, but it also provides ample privacy for two couples or three adults.

Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina is located on the East End of the island, only half a mile from the nautical village of Red Hook, which has shopping, numerous restaurants and bars, and the ferries to St. John.

The Sapphire Beach Marina, located on property, offers sailing trips, power boat trips, fishing trips, parasailing and Jet-Ski rentals. Beach chairs, snorkel gear and free Wi-Fi are included with your rental.

The Banana Cabana, also located on the property, cooks up hamburgers, veggie burgers, chicken or mahi sandwiches, and hot dogs, along with a variety of beers and tropical drinks; all delivered right to your beach chair!

This luxurious condo is managed by Dionne Nelthropp who owns Hibiscus Homes Realty. Dionne grew up in St. Thomas and has been in the Real Estate industry for more than ten years. The owners consider this a tremendous advantage over other rentals you find on VRBO, as it is professionally managed by a local who absolutely loves these islands and will do everything possible to make sure you have the perfect vacation rental.

We use our own reliable housekeeping to assure the unit is extremely clean for your arrival. We provide fresh linens and extra towels for you. Mid-week cleanings are available upon request for an extra charge, as is stocking of groceries or other needs you may have.

We would like to continue to help you plan your vacation even if you do not select this unit, as we have other units available. Please give us a call.

Slice of heaven!

My husband and I just spent a lovely week at Isle Be Back and the name certainly sums it up. We can't wait to come back to this wonderful condo and bring friends next time! The condo has everything you could wish for, even a small coffee machine upstairs because why would you want to walk more than 10 feet to coffee when you're in paradise! :) it could easily sleep 3 couples or a family with children. It is beautifully remodeled and in an excellent location in building A. The views from the upstairs balcony are spectacular and being beach front doesn't get any better. Thanks Dionne and Isle Be Back!

Spectacular view, spacious and right on the beach

Had a great time. The condo was very comfortable, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed. The view was fantastic and walked right down the stairs to the beach. It was difficult to walk where we wanted to go so we took the safari "buses" and taxis, which got spendy. The snorkeling was super, right at sapphire beach. Overall a very positive experience.

Best location on St. Thomas

It was as advertised. The entire condo has been tastefully remodeled. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The view was amazing. The snorkeling right out front was great. The marina is adjacent to the complex. We took a day cruise on Night Wind which is docked there. We also did parasailing from the marina. Outside of going out to eat or to St. John's, you don't need to leave the resort. Bring your own snorkel gear, its cheaper than renting. We would recommend this rental to anyone except to those who can't climb stairs, its on the third and fourth level of the building (which gives you privacy, and a great view)

Paradise!

This was our 8th year staying on Sapphire Beach and the 1st year staying at Isle Be Back. There were 5 of us that stayed 8 nights and there was plenty of room. We loved everything about your home and especially liked that both bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled. The condo is very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this condo. We are so excited about staying at Isle Be Back again next year!

Tropical Paradise

If you are looking for the perfect location for your stay in St. Thomas, you have found it in Isle Be Back.

If you have read bad reviews regarding Saphire Beach they are likely referencing properties that are owned by the individual that still owns a good portion of the development. He has let the grounds deteriorate and has been at odds with individual owners. Isle Be Back and several other units are owned by individuals that have renovated and take great pride in their properties.

I have stayed at Saphire several times while on the Island for business and hands down Isle Be Back is my new favorite. The view of the beach is picturesque and the renovated unit has everything you will need for your stay. There is even snorkeling gear on the patio. There is a book on the table with information and recommendations that we found very helpful.

Redhook is a short cab ride away to restaurants, a small market, and night life. We found this much safer and efficient than renting a car. I would also recommend taking the ferry over to St John from Redhook and eating at Zozo's. You won't be disappointed.

We'll Definitely Be Back!!

We stayed here for a week while visiting St Thomas. The condo was amazing! It had everything we could ever need and then some. The location was perfect as we had booked several dives with Red Hook throughout the week. The views were amazing from both balconies! You can snorkel right outside of your condo! We saw flounder, Rays, and tons of other sea life. We loves St Thomas & this condo and we plan to be back!
