The property at 73B Chivas Lane, Seagrove Beach, FL 32459, is a 2 BR 2 BA unit in a 4-plex building. I have one unit, the lower level unit on the 'B' side of the building is the Western side. This is a non-smoking unit. Full cable TV with extra TV in the master bedroom and flat screen TV's in the living room.
As you arrive (see photo) this building looks like a big house, but it is actually 4 units, the unit in the photos is on the right half of the building (west) as you drive in, lower level unit. The building is build on pilings to elevate it above the dune so each unit has a great view. I have more photos and if you email me I can give you a complete description.

This place was awesome and my entire family thoroughly enjoyed the week here. It was clean, great location, beautiful view, excellent price and a fantastic uncrowded beach!! The only problem we encountered was the fitted sheet in the master bedroom being too small, so it had to be fixed every morning because it only covered the pillow top part of the mattress. (not that it would stop me from staying there again) There were a lot of stairs to get to the upper unit, so be prepared- but it was well worth it to be on the top floor. If you stay here bring small trash can liners and detergent for a front load washer so you can be fully prepared.
I will absolutely stay here again, and we are already talking about returning ASAP!!
I have rented from this owner, Phil, for many years and he is THE BEST! This condo is really large and beautiful! The beds are exceptionally comfortable! The water pressure is powerful and the temperature nice and hot making baths and showers relaxing or stimulating depending on what you want at the moment. The master bath has a huge tub. I only stay in places right on the beach and this is just a few steps away. All in all, you cannot beat this condo for the location and the very reasonable price! Phil has other great properties on the beach also. Thanks so much, Phil! I WILL return!
Pros: Great view, nice clean bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, very clean inside, convenient location
Cons: railing on outdoor balcony had many rotten spindles (dangerous for kids), sunrise to sunset construction noise next door and men on scaffolding outside our window (not disclosed when we booked), TOO MANY STAIRS!
We booked chivas upper, and there were 4 flights of stairs to reach the unit, 39 steps.
All beds were squeaky. Master bedroom had linens provided, but needed deep pocket sheets that would stay on the bed.
Red velvet chairs belong elsewhere, as they were not comfortable to watch tv, but were needed to seat six. Glass top stove cracked, but able to use two burners.
Our family goes to the beach to experience the ocean, the sand, the waves, and nature. This unit was just what we had hoped it would be and so much more. The house is directly on the beach with stairs leading down directly to the sand. The views are amazing with the ocean visible from 2 full sides of the main living area. This is not a crowded area of the beach so we did not have to hassel with crowds, yet the location gives you easy access to all that is in this area. We enjoyed eating the majority of our meals on the deck while watching and listening to the ocean. Another small deck off the master bedroom was a great place to sit and relax with a view of the ocean as well as a view to the side of amazing sunsets. We stayed in the upper unit of this side of the house and we were more than pleased with the furnishings. Everything was clean and many features had been updated from the pictures we had received. The master shower was great! Our family of 5 had plenty of room in this unit. The pictures on the website and the pictures emailed to us do not begin to show how wonderful this house is. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and accommodating. If we had to state something to be improved, the only thing we could suggest is a new mattress for the bed in the master bedroom. Other than this, we would not change a thing. Hope to be back in the future!
This beach house was great, the owner Phil was easy to work with, fast responses, went the extra mile to make sure you had eveything you needed and could focus on just realxing. The location is also great, besides being right on the beach (which is private and you don't have to worry about crowds) is sits between Destin and Panama City Beach. Both towns appeal to everyone in their own way with what they offer, age doesn't matter. The house is fully stocked, just bring a coulpe changes of clothes and a few swimsuits and relax, there are grocery stores and places that deliver food just 1/2 mile from the house. When we arrived the house was extremely clean, we got to relax on the beach immediately. I will stay here every year, for the money (which is VERY reasonable), it is a no brainer, it doesn't get any better!

Check in with local manager located a half mile from the property, deposit and payment can be done put on credit card, deposit 50% of the base rental.
A $30 non refundable booking fee/damage protection fee applies and the rate plus sales tax 11% is the total cost, check in at office less than a half mile from the unit, credit cards accepted for all payments. Deposit is half the base rental rate at the time of booking.
