We are located at 4510 Blackcomb Way, The Gables 3 bedroom has 3 queen beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room & 2 bathrooms. Whistler Village and the Gondola are located across the street (150 meters away). We have a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, wood burning fireplace (with logs provided during your stay), Cable TV, 2 HDTV's, washer & dryer in unit, free parking, balcony with BBQ & a large front entrance way with 2 benches, bins for mitts and hats, helmets, ski/snowboard storage and boot/glove/mitt warmer and dryer. Apple TV and X Box upon request.

Bed configuration is queen size bed in the master bedroom, queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. About The Owner

I have lived in Whistler since I was 18 and am 58 now. I just love everything Whistler has to offer! Our unit is great and so close to both Whistler and Blackcomb just 150 metres!

Why The Owner chose Whistler

This property is the very best.... as it's location is second to none. 150 meters from the lifts and Whistler Village. You can ski Whistler one day and ski Blackcomb the next. We are located in between both!

What makes this townhome unique

Location, location, location. Walk to Village and lifts. Private setting amongst old growth cedars.

We stayed at the Gables 59 and loved it! We walked to both lifts as they were 150 metres away with our skis and boots on! The 3 bedroom + small lofted room was very spacious and well equipped. We loved the wood burning fireplace and the firelogs were supplied which was great - neat, tidy & warm. We used the BBQ for steaks, pork chops... burgers and hot dogs for the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped with spices and oils, lots of pots and pans and dishes. We had 3 dedicated rooms and then the small loft room where one of the children slept just off the 3rd bedroom. Our friend came and visited from Vancouver and he slept on the comfy sofa bed in the living room. We liked the large front entrance way where we stored our skis and boots and loved the boot warmer such a great gizmo. We are coming back again this Christmas as we loved it so much!

Just be cautious

We booked this for Christmas 2014 and then had our stay cancelled due to a ruptured water heater in the unit. Fair enough. The problem is that due to the USD to CAD exchange rate change from our booking to our refund, we lost nearly 15%. To me, this is the owners risk and loss, but instead despite multiple efforts to resolve, I lost money. Whistler is great, just be cautious.

We stayed at The Gables with 2 other couples and the location is great. It's really close to both mountains, 150 yards. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is very well equipped for when you want to cook a meal. The BBQ on the balcony worked great for our steak night. The front entrance has ample ski and snowboard storage and the boot and glove heater was a bonus and well used. The wood burning fireplace was great to add ambiance at night. Having 2 parking spaces for free was a bonus as well. Sue and David were great to deal with and made arranging activities a breeze. We used David as a guide on our first day and he took us to places we would have never found on our own.
