This 80 square meter (861 square feet) two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment is located in a charming and newly renovated five-story townhouse, steps from Saint Sulpice, Saint Germain des Près, and the lovely Jardin de Luxembourg. The house is found on one the most prestigious addresses in Paris - the elegant, quiet, wide and very safe Rue de Tournon (also home to the French Senate and the Garde Républicaine). There are only two residential units on the top floors of this building, and both of them belong to the same owner. The bottom floors are occupied by a discrete art gallery open only by appointment.
This flat was fully renovated recently by an interior designer using the finest materials and finishes, including a top of the line made-to-measure kitchen with Lacanche stove, granite countertops, antique oak and slate floors, exposed wooden beams, custom wood library, and luxurious bathrooms finished in travertine, antique teak floors, tumbled marble tiles, and with Horus faucets. There is air conditioning in all rooms.
This unit faces full west and the living room is flooded with sunshine all afternoon until sunset (which occurs around 10pm in the summer!) The bedrooms are quiet and face an interior courtyard.
It can sleep up to 5 people (including a sofa bed for one person). Please note that the second bedroom and bathroom have a separate entrance on the same landing, as you can see on the below floor plan.

This apartment is ideally situated in the middle of all the best that the left bank has to offer! Rue de Tournon is the continuation of the very central Rue de Seine, which runs through the heart of St Germain des Pres. The closest metro stops are Odeon and Mabillon, both which are a 2-3 minute walk from the apartment. The beatiful Jardin de Luxembourg is a one minute walk away from the flat as is the Eglise Saint Sulpice. The Carrefour de L'Odeon is a two minute walk away, and a little farther (five minutes on foot) is the Eglise Saint Germain and Cafe de Flore.

Great location and amenities. We loved the apartment.
Beautiful apartment, perfect location and Ludovic really makes everything easy. Only snag was we went to managers apartment first and had a bit of trouble ringing him. Within 5 minutes everything was cleared up and we were in the apartment. I can't say enough about the location. Easy walk everywhere. Apartment was well furnished and very clean. Ludovic left clear instructions about how to use dishwasher, washer, etc which made it so easy for us to feel at home. Grocery, restaurants, river etc. all a few minutes walk. Very safe; we were with our kids (13, 13, 11) and they were able to walk to get snacks on their own and even go to the park. I know other said this, but their are a lot of stairs. It was no problem for us, but if you are not in great shape they may be a challenge for you. The A/C was a plus at night. THANKS AGAIN LUDOVIC!
Having lived in Paris I knew precicely what area I wanted to stay in while there on holiday - and this apartment was right in the sweet spot of St Germain. Tastefully decorated with the charm of 'traditional' Paris, coupled with the modern comforts of a renovated apartment this really is the best of both worlds. Every was smooth from keys pick-up, WiFi, a guide to the neighborhood and clear instructions on how to make the most of the flat and neighborhood. Our host even proposed airport pick-up, laundry, cleaning, etc. What a dream...
Conveniently located in the heart of Paris, this charming apartment was an ideal choice for our recent trip to Paris. My husband and I arrived and were pleasantly greeted with keys and clearly written instructions on everything related to the apartment and the surrounding area. Daily maid service was a nicely added touch. Very quiet apartment and neighborhood. We did rent a car and were able to park on the street and in a nearby parking lot when needed. Only a five min walk from some of the best shops in Paris' St. Germain neighborhood, we were able to pop in and out of the apartment as if we'd been living there for years. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment for couples looking to have a true Parisian experience without any hassles.
This trip was our second to Paris- first time chose a hotel, this time we chose to rent. We knew we loved the 6th Arrondissement and began our search.
This apartment was a perfect choice - well appointed, clean, comfortable, safe, private, and filled with Paris charm. The owners, Ludovic and Olivia provided exceptional communication before and after we chose to rent. They gave clear written guidance (check in, appliances, doors, restaurants, shopping, Wi-Fi, etc.) to help our stay be as easy and as comfortable as possible. The caretakers were helpful and accessible. Restaurants, shops, boutiques, cafes, and metro/RER stops were wonderfully close.
The location is exceptional and the apartment was perfect. We will be back!
The apartment was perfect for the three of us in many ways. First of all, it's location couldn't be beat. It is within walking distance of so many iconic Parisian sights and things to do. Getting provisions for our stay was fun and effortless because of the many boulangeries, pâtisseries, street markets and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The view of the two St. Sulpice towers out the front windows never ceased to draw sighs while we lounged in the spacious living room. Some of our friends who were staying elsewhere in Paris came for lunch one Saturday, and the large dining room table, plentiful cutlery, chinaware and fully equipped kitchen made preparations for our get-together as easy as if we were in our own home. And I cannot close without mentioning a super bonus associated with the apartment: air conditioning in the two bedrooms and the living/dining room! Not many places in Paris have that amenity. All in all, it's a wonderful place to stay while visiting Paris.

Those rates are our lowest rates. Please contact us for an accurate quote which will vary depending on the length of stay, the time of year, etc.
Rates include light daily cleaning and full cleaning at the end of the stay.
Rates above are applicable for four person occupancy. Each additional person staying in the unit will incur a charge of EUR40 per night. Families with two adults and three children will be exempt from this charge.
To book the house, you need to pay 50% of the rental charges upfront. This 50% deposit is non refundable.
The remaining 50% needs to be paid 4 weeks before check in day and is also non refundable once paid.
We accept payments via the HomeAway/ VRBO platform, paypal or direct bank transfers.
Right before checking in, we require that you send us the security deposit (1500 euros). We will send you a Paypal invoice and you will simply need to pay with your credit card. Paypal is best as it does not charge any fees on either side when the money is credited back to the same account. Should Paypal be complicated, you could also pay this deposit with a credit card via the HomeAway/ VRBO platform.
This security deposit will be returned to you upon your departure so long as the apartment is in good condition.
