My family was extremely pleased with the condition of the home and the layout of the house. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for both indoor cooking (rainy day !) and outside BBQ on the sunny ones. The sun room would not have been larger. The layout of the house allowed for much socialization but also private space for naps and teenage time. Even having the 3 TV made everyone perfectly content. The lower level bedroom was set up ideally for the older couple, almost handicapped accessible if needed. We will DEFINITELY rent this home again. The owner is very accommodating.

Just as described. Clean, well equipped, comfortable beds and beautiful breezy deck. Very respondsive owner. The area is wonderful for the beach goers, bikers, walkers, and folks who like to dine out overlooking the sea.
Clean, bright and well equipped house. Bedrooms were large and three full baths plus outdoor shower. All the amenities of home...
but at the beach. Path to the beach just a few houses away. Back deck with grill. Open concept floor plan. Plenty of kitchen equipment to cook your own meals. Washer and dryer make it easier to clean up after beach. Centrally located right between Naragansett and Point Judith. Looking forward to making this an annual vacation.
This is our 3rd year in a row staying at 43 Glendale Rd. This Vacation Home is Beautiful !!! It's a 6 Bedroom house close to Beach. Very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. You can walk to beach. The house is very close to many restaurants, movies, 3 beach's and the Block Island Ferry. The house has every thing you could possibly need. I highly recommend this property and will be coming back again next year !!!
The house was clean and neat and the kitchen was well furnished with plates and cutlery for dinners. We played croquet on the front lawn and did yoga on the grass at the back of the house. Thanks, MaryJo
Very nice clean lots of room, walking distance to the beach. Property manager is very helpful, I would recommend this property.
Home layout was good. Enjoyed the upstairs deck and grill. Having beach chairs and cart was helpful. Working with owner was a pleasant experience on renting and problems with unit. Issues: one mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Need additional box fans (only two avail.) as bedrooms were warm at night. Furniture could use some upgrading.
Its unique location permits easy access to the beaches, a variety of excellent restaurants, shopping, the fishing port of Galilee and the Block Island Ferry.
As well as transportation to major cities in the state and throughout New England is easily accomplished via Interstate 95.
The house is 35 miles south of Providence, only 20 miles to T.F. Green Airport in Warwick, 15 miles (20 Minutes) to Newport and 5 Miles from an Amtrak station in Kingston.
