This charming and completely renovated one bedroom, one bath condo is a short distance to downtown Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. From your living room or small lanai you will be able to watch whales (in season) and dolphins swimming in the crystal blue ocean. Lovely, private, ground-floor condominium (no steps) overlooking the ocean and the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Beautiful tropical gardens surrounding private pool, & barbecue area.

There is a 3 Night Minimum Stay / 10 During Ironman & Christmas Season. This is a non-smoking no pets unit. Hawaii Tax ID: 087-513-4976-01

About Kona Coast Vacations - SL

Aloha and welcome to the Big Island. We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 170 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.

Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.

Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009. We were voted the "Best Vacation Rental Agency" for 2015 and 2016- Best of Hawai'i - Lei Niho Palaoa Awards. We credit these great ratings to our reservations, maintenance and inspection team. This unit was great. It was clean, well maintained, and has a lovely view of the ocean and Sea Village courtyard. It was very comfortable. It is ground floor, so no stair climbing required. We were here over New Years and loved it. The Sea Village complex, with the central courtyard, pool, pick-neck tables, and 4 BBQ grills was very well maintained and quite pleasant. It is also convenient to Kailua town with a host of restaurants. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunset during the Royal Kona hotel happy hour. We have stayed in a number of condos in Kailua Kona, and this definitely tops the list for the condo/condo complex package. We would definitely recommend Sea Village and this unit. We will likely book this unit again. One caution for future renters, none of the Sea Village units have AC. Not a problem during winter, but could be an issue in the summer.

I stayed here for Ironman World Championships with three members of my support crew. It was far enough from the buzz to be restful but still within easy access to everything. The kitchen came prepared with all the equipment one could want, even a blender! The unit was clean and there were plenty of fans for keeping cool. The property itself is quite nice and BBQs are provided outside. It's easy to access running and cycling routes from the unit. There's a convenient coffee shop right next door. We enjoyed many activities, beaches, restaurants.

Overall, Sea Village was very good for a short stay of three days. I expected two beds but my friend made the reservations, so that's on me. Check to make sure on beds / rollouts during your reservation.

Hi, great location with beautiful manicured grounds. The online pictures were true to current state of place. Any issues were addressed by calling the customer service helpline. I would recommend that the cleaners do a more thorough job behind furniture and couch on a regular basis especially when the pullout couch is going to be used for a family of four.

This resort is priced way too high for Diamond International Resort points unless you want three fans blowing on you to still be hot and to move them from room to room. If you stay more than a week you will need to pay a company to clean and wash your sheets or do it yourself and buy your own toilet paper, etc. The pool is for the kids, 3 kids and 6 couples fill the pool. About 2 miles from town.

Your Third Party booking agent should have known about the amenities, and informed you about the property, the amenities and the cleaning program in advance. This is not a time share but a vacation rental property so it does not share in the DIR program. This entire complex does not have AC, and the summer months have been warmer than usual. We will contact your booking agent and try to ensure they have the proper information.
