'Toes In The Sand' is a charming, luxury home conveniently located south of Hwy 30-A (the beach side) in Seagrove between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This home will comfortably accommodate up to eight (8). It is well-equipped with all the amenities and a sense of 'being at home' unlike being in a hotel room. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views and feel the gulf breeze from the 'Tower' (top porch) in an exclusive, gated community, Summer's Edge.

Enjoy visiting with family and friends on two separate porches with swings, chairs & hammocks. Two private pools, one is seasonally heated for your comfort located on our street just 2 minutes away. A private beach is only 225 yards (a short 4 minute walk) using the neighborhood walkway -- where you will discover one of the most spectacular beaches in the world on the beautiful Emerald Coast.

The master suite includes a large jetted garden tub, separate shower and comfortable, memory-foam mattress. The master and one of the guest bedrooms each have their own private on-suite access to a spacious, second story private porch, where you can relax in the hammock or simply read, nap or have coffee. The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counter tops, breakfast bar, double refrigerator with ice maker and an extra large table to gather your family around. Hardwood floors throughout first floor and all common areas. Our large leather sectional and flat-screen HD TV allows you to enjoy a movie with a large group. You will also find flat screen TV's in the master and second bedrooms & a DVD player in the family room and bunk bedroom.

Hi, we are Kevin & Stacy, owners of Toes in the Sand and part-time residents. We currently reside in Atlanta but have been vacationing along 30-A since the 1980s. We enjoy spending time at our beach home with our friends and family and love the quaint, white-picket fenced Summer's Edge neighborhood.

What makes this house unique

Watching sunsets from the 'Tower,' read or nap in a hammock to a gentle gulf breeze; take a short, 4 minute stroll to the beach (about 250 yards) via the neighborhood walkway (no need to cross the highway), walk to local restaurants and shops or around 30A. Riding bikes along the 18+ miles of bike trails (located outside our neighborhood gate), Eastern Coastal Dune Lake, Deer Lake Park or a brief 2 miles to Seaside for wine tasting, a movie, live music and dancing. On Saturday and Tuesday mornings the Seaside Farmers Market offers fresh local produce, dairy products, baked goods, and native plants. Demonstrations in cooking and gardening are also held on a regular basis. Swimming in the heated pool (500' away) in early spring and late fall or in the non-heated, infinity pool mid-summer. Cooking and eating in with family or going out to visit a variety of restaurants. The ice cream truck visits daily with ice cream treats for the kids. No need to worry about traffic or the kids in this gated, upscale, private community. There are numerous year-round events nearby for all ages.

Wonderful home base in great location

Our family of 6 had so much fun in this great neighborhood. Daily walks to the pool and beach were easy and the house had everything we needed and more. The extras like boogie boards, chairs, and other toys were appreciated and used daily. The owners were responsive and helpful. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great Beach House!

We have vacationed many times in this area and we never knew about this little hidden gem of a neighborhood. The homes are architecturally similar yet each one has it's own unique design and color combination. The streets are tree-lined with sidewalks on each side making the short walk to the pools and beach easy and shaded. Even though there are chairs at the house that you can use, we liked having the option of renting chairs and umbrellas at the beach. The owners have decorated the home with items and art that feel so homey and not cookie cutter at all. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. We were so happy to be at a pet friendly home that even had a fenced-in back yard. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. It is obvious that they love this home. We had a great week and hope to come here again. Thank you for allowing us to be there!

Great Family Vacation

Our party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids ages 4 and under) had a wonderful week at Toes in the Sand. We loved the location- perfect bike ride to Seaside where the kids enjoyed playing in the big grassy area. The ride to Rosemary Beach is a bit farther, so we usually opted to drive since we had the little ones with us. We liked that things were a little quieter in Seagrove, but we could easily go to a more bustling community to go out to eat. The beds are comfortable and we were so glad to find a rollaway bed that our 2 year old slept on in our room- plenty of space to leave it out in the master bedroom the whole week. The sectional was perfect for the four adults to lounge on in the evenings after the kids were in bed! Beautiful living space on the ground floor.

Quiet, relaxing beach retreat - close to beach, pools, & great dining!

We really enjoyed our stay at Toes in the Sand! One of our favorite features was the relaxing front porch swing and chairs, as well as the open floor plan downstairs. The clean home was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, and the home itself is located on a lovely, quiet street with ample parking. Kevin was very easy to work with and available to address our questions and concerns. The beach and two pools were a very short walk from 38 N Ryan. We enjoyed the 2-1/2 mile walk into Seaside for shopping and eating. The boys rented bikes, so we were very thankful for the sidewalks that ran the entire length of their bike ride into Seaside each day. The fenced, back yard was a big plus for our Maltese pooch. We were impressed that the home and yard showed absolutely no signs/smells of previous dog visitors. I would recommend this rental without hesitation.

When we come back - we'll be staying at Toes in the Sand again

We absolutely loved the house. All the nautical/beach decorations really added to the charm and atmosphere of being by the ocean. Sitting on the front porch waving to others walking by on an absolutely charming quiet, little street. It looked like a Seaside street, but without the Seaside crowds and prices! The house was indeed well-stocked with ever imaginable item you could need...especially in the kitchen. We loved sprawling out on the huge sofa sectional to just chill out at night. Loved the convenience to everything... local restaurants, beaches, pools, and the bike path. Very convenient to have bikes available to take a short ride down to Seaside/Watercolor and hang out there as well. The bikes could use a little TLC as we did have some chain-popping incidents. Big plus... Buddy's Seafood like a quarter mile away...future renters...you MUST go there! Overall...best compliment we could give... Toes in the Sand felt less like a rental and more like a home. Can't wait to come back!

Great Attention to detail and proximity to beach

Toes in the sand was perfect. The outdoor spaces were charmingly decorated and very cozy. Enjoyed the front porch, back yard, and upstairs balcony porch. This was the most well stocked rental I've ever stayed in. Cut down on so much time running back and forth to the store for things. We were a short walk to the beach. Internet/ all TV electronics worked without fail. Wonderful stay.
