1. We offer LOCATION, location and LOCATION. This is "the" special" beach front, top floor (of 5) vacation condo that so many visitors tell us they were looking for, and were so happy they found by staying in the PEACH on the BEACH.

2. Staying in a unit and working directly with the owner has huge benefits, Like generally, a lower rate (no middlemen). Plus, detailed info on the unit, building and the area in general. Also, working with an owner who cleans the unit, herself, insures you are going to get a -- CLEAN - unit. This is SO IMPORTANT to having a GREAT week/time in Florida. Many visitors learn this the HARD way.

3. We have MOST weeks open starting May 6th and the rest of 2017. We generally rent on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Some times for longer than a week and at certain times of the year even MID-WEEK bookings can be available.

4. SPECIAL OFFER: Jan 2018 is offered at very attractive 4 week rate. Fewer weekly stays get a lower rate in Jan too. Kindly call for these details.

You get a GREAT beachfront condo and we get another happy visitor (and review). A true WIN/WIN situation, right?

The following is what makes a PEACH on the BEACH --- It is a 2/br-2/ba Direct Gulf unit and on the Top floor, of five, with CLEAR views, up and down the entire BEACH, from, what would be YOUR very own balcony. The PEACH ON THE BEACH is only one of four units, on the TOP floor/of five, in the entire building, which faces directly to the West, and so, the Gulf on Mexico. The view of the Gulf of Mexico, is one of the biggest things that you desire on your visit to Florida, right? And, how can you do better, than to have it right out in front of you. The PEACH is updated, upscale & CLEAN, with a garage, with beach toys too. We have just finished putting in a new tray ceiling in the kitchen and added LED lighting. At the same time, we replaced our dining room chandelier and the results are spectacular. Also, we have added new micro-fiber furniture in the living room, including a very comfortable chaise lounge. When you walk into the "PEACH" you will appreciate the open feeling that the 10 foot ceilings provide. The full floor to ceiling drapes supply a feeling of warmth in the unit. Visitors rave about how comfortable our king sized bed is in the master bedroom. The master bedroom, bathroom offers a SEPARATE tub and walk-in shower. Also, the walk-in closet seems to be greatly appreciated, by many of our visitors. Finally, new ceiling fans and also, new twin beds in the second bedroom.

Flash !!! This condo is right out there and you will love that DIRECT Gulf of Mexico "top" view in all directions. You will find this condo CLEAN, as we do prepare it ourselves. This is a VERY important point and overlooked by many first time visitors.

Our Beach Palms penthouse condo is located in/on the barrier island town of Indian Shores, FL. with Clearwater Beach to the North and St Pete Beach to the South. This CLEAN and nicely DECORATED condo offers two bedrooms with a king in the master and twins in the second and is located in a five story (top-floor) mid-rise upscale building DIRECTLY on the BEACH with glass elevators, pool(heated), garage and, as you might guess, fantastic views and sunsets.

Beach Palms until recently was known as Beach Cottage III with a reputation for being one of the very best WEEKLY rental buildings in the area. Look up and down the white sandy beach from the living room balcony and listen to the waves. You can almost TOUCH the water. Yes, this is your Florida dream vacation hideaway! The condo is decorator furnished, immaculate, and has a fully-equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer.

A Home AWAY from Home: Amenities: Free WiFi, with HD TV in living room and cable in the master and guest bedrooms. Ten foot ceilings, Drapes ( not verticals), Air conditioning(brand new system), flat screen TV (3), Stereo, Pool (heated in season), Microwave, Dishwasher, Full kitchen, Washer, Dryer, No pets allowed, Linens provided, Cookware and utensils provided, Gas BBQ, Charcoal BBQ, Garage, Heated pool (In October '16 the entire heated pool was REDONE and so is very pleasing to the eye), Glass elevators (2), Hurricane shutters. Recently we added free WiFi, along with HD TV in the living room with cable TV in both Bedrooms. Recently, we added NEW furniture in the Living Room. Our garage has been up-graded too. The floor has been power washed and the entire garage has been painted with new base-boards added. So, now, not only is the condo (itself) CLEAN and upgraded, but the garage, as well.

About Susan Boettle

Susan and I (Vic) have lived and rented beachfront condos for over 30 years. Susan hails from upstate NY (Cortland) and has lived locally here in the Clearwater/St Pete area, for over many years. I grew up and lived in the Chicago/Peoria area coming to Florida 30 years ago. This is when I was lucky enough to have met and married Susan. She graduated from the Univ. of South Florida and I received my degree from Bradley Univ. in Peoria, IL. Susan is a 30 year retired Pinellas County teacher (K) and very proud of it. Finally, I convinced her to join me in retirement. Enough about us, what about you and yours?

Susan has the patience and knowledge to help anyone intending to visit this area. We have put our hearts and souls into making our direct beachfront condo one of the BEST on the beach. Add to that the direct, top floor location and you have a winner for your holiday. Worried about you car, then you will love our garage. How many condos offer you a garage? Best of all, is the unobstructed view from the private balcony, directly over the Gulf. Please, take a look at our pictures and you will see the exact Gulf views, of the entire beach. Each yea,r we make improvements in the unit. In 2015, we put in a new tray kitchen ceiling with LED lighting and a new chandelier in the dinning room. Last yea,r it was new micro-fiber living room furniture, including a chaise lounge, and the year before that we added free WiFi and HD TV in the living room. In the previous year, we put new tile in the entry hallways, kitchen and both bathrooms. The list goes on and on, but we hope you get the idea!!! This place is maintained to very high standards, which we hope our visitors will appreciate and enjoy.

What makes this condo unique

If you plan to visit the area, you need someone you can trust, which describes us. Tired of dealing with fast talking, rude, only interested in getting your booking people? That is NOT us. We like the old fashioned telephone, so that we can describe everything in full and to your complete satisfaction. We have been as honest as we possibly can be, with our pictures. We see pictures on the internet that are taken at the best possible angles, that represent views, that the complex offers, that make not true to the actual unit. We just shake our heads and feel sorry for the folks who get fooled' by such half truths. This is one reason we meet and greet our visitors in person. We view the grounds together and walk into the unit with you. Someone not happy? This has yet to happened. If it were to occur, we would talk about it 'on the spot' and work it out. Finally, since we meet and greet all of our visitors, we provide the keys, so you do not need to drive up and down the beach (or fool with a lock box) to get keys. No doubt, flying or driving you will be tired and who needs to look for the whereabouts of the keys?

Finally, since we have built a two way 'faith and trust' on the telephone, we have NO need to ask you to pay in advance. Payment is upon arrival. Many operations (most, if not all) ask you to pay in advance. Doesn't that make you feel a bit uncomfortable? It does when we travel. We do ask for a reservation deposit, when you book the condo. This assures us, that you are indeed coming and makes us feel better about turning others away for the dates you have reserved. We await your phone call and look forward to it!!! Great Condo!

This is one of the nicest condos on the Florida Gulf Coast that we have ever experienced. Susan was a great host and her pride in her condo was very evident. The unit is ultra clean, well furnished, extremely comfortable and very well organized, and made the entire stay very pleasurable. Great location, great beach and the use of a garage for the car was an added bonus!

The Best Yet!

My husband and I have been coming to Florida's Gulf Coast for the past five years, each time staying in a condo at different locations. By far, Vic and Susan's Peach on the Beach was the BEST! When we arrived, we were greeted by Susan, whose bubbly personality and obvious pride in her condo made us feel very welcome. The condo was immaculate, spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee each day on the balcony overlooking a wide, beautiful Gulf beach. Cabanas were

available for a reasonable fee which made sitting on the beach a true delight. The comfortable beds and pillows plus the sounds of the surf made for a wonderful night's sleep. We had never stayed anywhere with a garage, so having a designated place to park was a real plus. We also really appreciated having lots of brochures and suggestions for dining, shopping and things to do and see. The Peach on the Beach was so convenient to everything! Our two week stay ended much to quickly, but it was our best yet!

Excellent!

Agree with all the superlatives most reviewers have used to describe this property. The garage parking seems underrated or not mentioned by most. It was great to not have to get into a car which had baked in the hot Florida sun for hours. The available shopping carts by the garage elevator were very helpful when returning from a trip to Publix and ABC!

Back to our home from home

We returned again this year (as always!) to our home from home at the Peach on the Beach. I cannot rate this condo highly enough, we should have a 6 star rating. Always a joy to rent from Vic and Susan, we just call them when we are on the causeway from Tampa and they are there at the condo to meet us with their smiling faces. 😊

This is by far the best equipped and cleanest condo we have rented in the world and just absolute peace to go to sleep in that comfy bed wth the sound of the waves lapping on the shore.

Will see you next year Vic and Susan.

Or you can look, right (north) and or left (south) the beach and see what amounts to miles of open beach. The "super" unit is kept Ultra CLEAN and ready for your visit. FREE high-speed WiFi, with HD TV in Living room and flat screen cable in both bedrooms. We have NEW living room furniture for your enjoyment. Also, we have just added a trey ceiling in the kitchen with new LED lighting.

Indian Shores is located on the barrier islands midway between Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. Great restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are conveniently located within a 5 mile radius of the property. The airports and interstate can be easily reached by crossing the bridge to the mainland, just .02 of a mile north of the condo complex. Explore our open beaches for miles in both directions. The trolley stop is near our parking lot and offers scenic ride for a nominal fee. The condo is recently painted and updated, as our pictures show. Take a look at our testimonials.
