Blueberry Hill Estates has beautiful summer gardens, and in winter the plow comes early so you can always get first tracks on the mountain. At the north end of the estate is the entrance to the Blueberry hiking trail - a locals favorite for a forest walk or a trail run. Walk 1.2 km along the paved and lighted village trail east to get to Whistler village and Whistler Golf Course clubhouse, or less than half a kilometer west to the swimming beaches at Alta Lake. Or if you have your ski boots or high heels on, for $2 you can take the #2 or 8 bus to Whistler and Creekside Villages and the gondolas.

Our property is a townhouse with it's own entrance to outside, and a covered carport so you don't have to shovel snow off the car. It has a big, tiled cloakroom for all your outdoor gear. The living space and balcony are on the main floor and take advantage of the lake and mountain views, while the bedrooms are located below and look out into the evergreen trees. The whole property was redone in 2009, with brand new kitchen and bathroom fixtures. The space works well for groups of up to six adults, and for one large or two smaller families.

The master bedroom sleeps two in a queen bed. The blue bedroom sleeps three in a queen bed with a single bunk above and the green bedroom sleeps two in single bunk beds and has a crib. The master bath has a jetted tub with shower, while the main bathroom has a large walk in shower. There is a two piece powder room in the entry area for last minute stops on the way to ski or bike. The couch in the living room converts to a queen bed.

About The Owner

Hi, Welcome to our vacation rental property. My husband Dave and I bought our Blueberry Hills condo in 2008 to fulfill a longtime dream of having a home base in the mountains for skiing, hiking and mountain biking. Since then we have been busy growing our family, with a daughter born in 2009 and our son born in 2011. Now we are looking forward to many years of mountain sports as a family, as well as with cousins and friends. We hope you can enjoy our place too, while taking in all the sports, good restaurants, fresh air and natural beauty Whistler has to offer. Theresa

Beautiful tranquil place perfect for families. We stayed with another family and our children. Great place to catch up and relax. Owners are very helpful without having too many instructions.

Great location

  • 5 of 5

This townhouse is perfect for enjoying Alta lake, walking trails, biking and all that Whistler has to offer. It is a 20 minute easy walk to town or a five minute drive. We loved the bright airy main floor with a view of the lake. The kitchen and whole place is well set up and clean; parking is convenient; decor is attractive. Our family loved our stay. What a plus that our dog was welcome. We'll be back.

Spacious and clean

  • 5 of 5

The place was clean, warm and cozy. Our 18 month girl and five year old dog had a lot of room to roam around.

Excellent accommodations

Accommadations were spacious roomy and the perfect spot to stay for the first annual Ironman in Whistler. Unit was clean and very comfortable.

Lots of paths nearby, golfing out your door as well and minutes to the lake and to the village.

Homey Escape!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I have stayed at Theresa and Dave's place several times now! Both the location and the place itself are the definition of a great getaway. With the location being in between Alta lake and Whistler village, we were able to easily walk to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the village but also escape to the peaceful hiking trails and lakeside docks! The place offers lots of light and the comfortable yet elegant design make it easy to just hangout, relax and enjoy!

Great Getaway, Beautiful Condo, Perfect for Group

  • 5 of 5

My group of 7 friends and I stayed over at Theresa and David's condo this past weekend (3/8 - 3/10) and we expected something nice, and this condo exceeded our expectations. When the group walked in the doors, they were floored by how neatly appointed and comfortable the place was. We primarily used the space as a base camp for a day of skiing, but the comforts of this condo were enough that we were able to really enjoy ourselves in the evening over beer and cocktails and save some money by avoiding the bar scene in the village. Our group walked to the village (roughly 1km from the condo) both nights for dinner, but there was also the option to take the bus in which was a short walk up the road from the place and made the ski trip easy. Parking our two cars was not a problem, with one car in a covered spot.

Overall, I loved the place. I hope to return in the future! Highly recommended!
