Relaxing, quiet, comfortable stay. We call the place the tree house, because all you see out the windows of this 2nd story unit are Aspen and Pine trees. The back of the unit sits on the north fork of Ten Mile Creek, and you can enjoy the relaxing sound of running water throughout the spring, summer and fall, while you sit in on the back porch or in the master bedroom. Come see for yourself, and rejuvenate and re-energize your batteries at this wonderful getaway!!
Thanks for sharing your beautiful mountain home....again! We enjoyed ourselves even more that five years ago! Now we have to return to the heat of summer in TX.
Outstanding place to stay! Owner was very responsive and easy/great to work with. Place is much better than the pictures show. Place has all the amenities and was very clean on arrival. Easy walk to Main St for restaurants, shops etc. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend!
Great Place, Stay Here! My 30 year old son, 24 year old nephew and I had a pre-super bowl ski trip to Breck and Copper Mtn. Great location off I 70 easy to get to and very quite. VERY well stocked kitchen and updated bathrooms down to the hand cream which is a must at altitude. Breck is 15 mins. up the main road and Copper is a quick 10mins. Very very comfortable. Trundle bed in loft is great for a couple with kids. Nice fire place with plenty of wood, hot tub was Sweet. Plenty of towels all around. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. convenient to Frisco, your a walk away, all kinds of shopping within a couple of miles, 5 mins. to Silverthorne/Dillion. Don't miss the bison burgers at the Dam Brewery! Colleen could not have been nicer or more helpful.
My husband and I decided to take a last minute ski trip to Summit County and Colleen was very responsive, flexible and accommodating from start to finish. The condo was beautifully furnished and nicely kept. It was also well stocked with toiletries, dishes, pots and pans and pantry items. The bed was very cozy and linens were high quality. We stayed in each evening and enjoyed the fire and hot tub. The internet connection was good and the heated garage was a plus. The unit is on the 2nd floor and is within walking distance to town. We enjoyed dinner's at 5th Avenue Grille (downtown Frisco) and Hacienda Real (Safeway Shopping Center off Hwy.9). I also had a wonderful massage at Anew You (downtown Frisco). We have definitely saved Colleen's condo to our favorites and will plan on renting again in the future.
We've been coming to ski in Summit County (from Wisconsin) for over 40 years, and have stayed at dozens of different places -- and this is one of the best! It's truly a 'home away from home' with all the amenities. You may be able to find a place for less, but this place is a great value, as you get more than you pay for (e.g., great beds, spacious living and dining area, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, heated garage, hot tub on the deck). We slept 6 comfortably, with room for a few more. It's clear that this is not just a rental property, but Colleen's home that she shares with her guests. Her description in "About the Property" is spot on. We would definitely stay here again, and again.
This condo was a great find for my trip for a group of ski racers. It was well stocked with everything we needed, from comfortable beds, to a fully stocked kitchen and a heated garage. The photos do not do the place justice. It is much more spacious and inviting than the photos let on. Colleen was extremely helpful and easy to deal with regarding the rental, I had a schedule change and needed to add on an extra night at the last minute and she responded immediately and had no issues with adding that extra night. It is in a perfect location to access several different ski resorts and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops in Frisco. I would definitely stay here again!
We have spent a terrific August beating the Florida heat by staying at Colleen's wonderful mountain home. We are experienced VRBO renters and this is the best rental we have experienced. We love the area for hiking, biking and live music. The condo has all the comforts of home...very comfy bed, luxury sheets and towels, fully equipped kitchen and lots of extras. The hot tub is a welcome site after a long hike. We walk to town for shopping and restaurants. We totally recommend this mountain home. Colleen is great to work with and has made her mountain home a wonderful place to stay!
