Why Kit Olivi chose Sunderland
Country setting, uncluttered, unique classic home. Hearing the river and the wind blowing the trees, enjoying the fragrance of a woodburning stove wafting through the air, you cant beat it.

We loved the house! Great setting—and my kids loved the fast internet service for all of their “nature setting selfies”. We would enjoy staying there again for sure!
The house was beautiful and so was the property. I really enjoyed my winter vacation with my son and dogs. Will definitely be back
We had a great time!
What a lovely home!
Hello and thank you for being wonderful and respectful guests. I was informed by the cleaning staff that the house was in perfect order. Unfortunately I did not personally see the house as I was away. Other guests came before I returned.
Thank you and come back when the weather is better.
Cozy and quaint!
This house was just what we wanted for a weekend away in October. The house had everything you need for cooking and cleaning. We were comfortable and cozy! The directions for using the fire place and the wood stove were great. Close to Manchester!
Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Location
My wife and I, along with our three dogs, had the pleasure to stay in this lovely house for several nights and couldn't have asked for anything better. The house is quaint and charming yet has all the luxuries of home. The property is gorgeous with a beautiful backyard, and the house has plenty of room for a big family or lots of friends. Would highly recommend this home, which is also a short drive to Manchester and Bennington. Kit was also quick to respond to any messages/questions and was a terrific homeowner to work with.
Perfect stay in classic Vermont setting
From the moment we began interacting with Kit before our stay, she was the most helpful and generous host we could have asked for. From great arrival instructions to asking us what kind of coffee we wanted to be making in the mornings, she was extremely considerate and prompt in her responses. Our stay at the house was perfect. Cozy rooms, fully stocked kitchen, amazing fireplace in the living room....you name it. The yard is a great place for lounging, outdoors brunch, and even a game of croquet. The experience was quintessential Vermont and our group couldn't stop talking about how great the house was for the entire weekend. Definitely a must-stay if you're passing through the area, or if you're lucky enough to rent it for the ski season, book it before it's too late!
